Maybe, maybe not. I’ll have to look up Jim Newman. Thank you.

Take one day at the time, and if that becomes depressing take one hour at the time... or five minutes? or 5 seconds?

Unless your problems are physical pain then they are connected to your memories, and the further ahead you are looking into things the deeper into your memories you access your thinking.

how much can you bend your mind? and how much do you have to do it to see straight?

It has nothing to do with me. It’s about knowing the truth, as a gift, not as a mission.

The end of separation is the end of desire. It’s life, it’s death, it’s unity; it is the absolute. In this profound realization, we find perfection eternal, a state of everlasting harmony.

@Spiritual Warfare It appeared in the OP that you want more than you have and even more than you can have, it implies that you are someone who does not have enough and that what you want is itself more than enough.

You also say that you want to know the truth, which implies that your knowledge reveals to you its own limits, but what if this too is impossible and that your desire for the truth is more-so a reflection of your desiring than the truth itself, just like above?

How do you know that it’s possible? Because Leo told you so? We don’t know what is possible or impossible.

Have had a couple glimpses or kenshos. Either it is or it isn't. Are you going to go by hearsay? If it is possible, then what's required is finding out how to go about it.

Metaphorically speaking, it's a bit like finding a cure for a disease. Is there one? Well, the process of figuring it out might eventually result in the creation of one. If you say there isn't one or that it is impossible from the get-go, then no work is done, and that guarantees it won't be found or invented. You shouldn't confuse your failure to get it with assuming that it is impossible, either.

I wouldn't readily assume that.

What that entails is "enlightenment," not a conviction, conclusion or other mind activity.

It's all mind activity; nothing else going on but a mind's activity. If anything enlightenment should mean one recognizes that enlightenment is also a part of the one mind's activity. Just another flavor of the dance called mind.

No, enlightenment is a direct consciousness of the nature of some absolute aspect of existence, usually you. It is not mind activity. It is You.

Mind could be said to be a form of Consciousness. But this is really hearsay on my part rather than a deep personal consciousness on the matter.

I'm not a word, thank you; and if enlightenment is me, then why would I try to become enlightened.

Okay, here is your nature:

If you're going to talk about it, language is going to be used. Whatever your nature is--I'm not presuming to know what that is, and neither should you.

And somehow, for a reason I'm ignorant of, we are not conscious of it. Go figure.
