Would be nice to have a Non Duality sub forum

No we could share videos, non duality talks, seeming insights (for no one) etc. in there. We could hold our seemingly hands while we experience the devastation of our egos and stories collapsing and dissolving and losing everything/dying.

Without sifting through the seemingly infinite horse dung posts and threads about people thinking they are god, they can manifest (maybe manifest horse dung yea) Sadhguru and other guru followers, people thinking they have special knowledge (maybe special knowledge about horse dung yes) and so on.

That’s just what it seems like.

Thanks i might check it out. Although the layout is quite rough.

Just to set things clear, Guru's are not meant to be "Followed", they are like anything the is helpful, like Fire, it can be very helpful, no Fire/Heat, no Life as we know it, but Fire can be dangerous too if abused or misunderstood (baby touching a flame..), but with Spirituality its a bit more intense, the Devotional aspect, Guru/Disciple relationship, its not about personalities, the Guru is the Fire, not the heat, we want to be the Fire as well, with a True Guru they are here too make it happen within a short period of time, without Guru it will still happen but more time..

No one would know anything, Spiritual or otherwise for the most part, without Guru's, Non Dualist have them too, the key is to use them as a tool to Enlightenment, I share Sadhguru's stuff because (since we are on a forum using language, logic, intellect) he brings forth the Reality more logically than anyone I have heard of, and what he has said the Non Dual Gurus say too, but Sadhguru has methods/sadhana for those that need it, tons of them, some don't need it, some do.  One has to see the "Whole" picture, not just a slice of it!

As a long time Martial Artist/Teacher too, if I had no Sifu (Father/Teacher in Chinese, a Guru in essence), I would not have develop the skills in any meaningful way, but sooner or later it is up to Me to learning, gain the skill, apply and be able to teach it too "others", so one has to go full circle, go with the Guru, abide by the Guru, dissolve into the Guru and become Your Own Guru..

Oxymoron statements, we can't do whatever we want if there is no free will..

Isn't/Is indicates Free Will, there can't be a Isn't/Is without Free Will.

Do, there is no DOING without Free Will, or if nobody is there then there is no DOING...

All Statements contradict Non Dualism, the only way to prove Non Dualism is too make no Statements..

sry had to do so, nothing personal:)

The subtitle for this sub forum says: “Includes topics like: New Age, Paranormal, Religion, Lucid Dreaming, Alternative Healing, etc”

Nonduality can be considered under “etc”

That’s the issue with the term "spirituality" there’s just so much nonsense under that umbrella term.

Would you consider nonduality nonsense?

Yea I coined the term nonduality nonsense i think. ( or maybe not who knows)

There is a lot of nonsense in non duality but “radical” nonduality is probably still the least bs pathless path or direct pointing (for no one) that I’ve seen.  But language automatically becomes nonsense seemingly.

@PurpleTree I thought u knew nothing? Seem strange to be stating that people have “lost the plot” on things when u don’t know if they are right or wrong.

If angles are real then it could be disappointing to find out they exist and that you can leverage this u understanding to better your self and the world.

Anyone who says they’re enlightened on this form in anyway is not, except me I am.

I know it’s strange but it’s seemingly what’s happening.

Remember when we used to assume that nonduality was the highest truth and enlightenment was the end goal?

You're going to start sounding like a robot. You don't have to use the word seemingly every comment or response you make. The non-dualists teachers don't even talk like that on the regular. Maybe to stress a point. It gets a bit monotonous, don't ya think. Sometimes it's called for, but dang, every sentence,

One time I listened to this super small YouTube channel with non dual talkers and one guy he switched between these few sentences it sounded kinda like “appearing in this, as this” “all is this” “there’s only this, there’s only what’s appearing in this” “what’s arising in this” .

I know, it becomes an idea and concept after a while.

It can be taken as a concept or be heard. The former is normal when you feel like a self

I know, it's looks really naff compared to this place. Plenty of discussion on non-duality if you can look past that, though.
