What should be done about LGBT restrooms?

Here is the private restroom at my local public library. It's for multiple uses, as you can see from the symbols. Very inclusive!

Thank you for coming inside the women’s restroom with me @Beans @7Eleven. Not only did we break social norms in the state of Texas… there was even a police officer (a Black one!)  in the store and he didn’t give a shit!
