TAPPING INTO THE INFORMATION FIELD: Ever seen a flock of birds fly in the sky that turn in sync. All move at the same time. It's like they're performing a synchronous dance. It's amazing to see. It's because they're tapped into the information field. How does a kitten know how to suck on it's mother's nipples; it's because they are tapped into the information field. All these animals you see just going off of instincts is because they have tapped into the information field. These things have already been downloaded into them and they tap into that information effortlessly. Same as when you see fish move in sync.

Animals don't have stories and narratives. They aren't putting any labels and judgements unto anything. They're always in the present moment. They're in a state of oneness with the Universe. That's how we tap into the information field to be able to receive information that is more in alignment with the flow of the Universe. Let go of all the narratives and stories and labels that we constantly put unto our experiences. Thoughts aren't ours they're just coming through based on our frequency. Different thoughts and ideas will come through us when we're tapped into the information field rather than engaging with the mind.

This video goes into it more in depth and explains how to tap into the Universe's information field.

TRAUMA: We are all traumatized in some way or another. This is where all the feelings of anxiety, depression, suffering, uneasiness, instabilities unworthiness, doubt and fears stem from. The world has traumatized us. We have believed this is who we are and now we're trying to defend it. Stand up for it. Fight for it. Fight for our false beliefs and fight to sustain our lives. We didn't ask to come here, but now we have to fight for the right to stay. Then we wonder why half or one third the population is insane, anxious, depressed, suicidal or suffering.

We have given precedence to the outside world and have totally forgotten who we truly are. We are trying to fit into a world we're not suited for, and this is the outcome. Even after some have found their way back home, they are still incapacitated because of the mind. The mind is very persistent and will wage a war on it's own. It will try to force it's way back into a world where it feels comfortable, back to homeostasis. It's not going down without a fight. It wants to protect itself and will do that at any cost. It's delusional. It's confused. It gets tired, lost, overwhelmed, unstable, and everything else in between.

It doesn't realize it's not going anywhere. It's trapped within it's own confinements. Picture a wave apart from the ocean. Can't. Not possible. That's humans. Then the result is chaos and instability, worry and fear. It finds ways and means to lessen it's fear and worry in the world but those are house of cards and can come crashing down at any time. So, it stays in a constant state of anxiety and fear of the unknown. Then it fears death. It fears death and it's afraid to live. That's traumatizing.

The way out is not to surrender or to let go but to recognize it's not who you are. The recognition comes after the surrendering and the letting go, but those are by-products of the real thing. It's the ego that surrenders and let's go, but the true self remains. Untouched, unbothered. This is how we allow for the trauma to subside and be free. We have held trauma captive. It wants to be free, but we hold on because we need to identify. We need a sense of self and these stories we attach to does just that. Once we're free from the stories and labels we give ourselves, we can let go of all the trauma; that's where it stems from. It can either be done NOW, or as a process. The choice is ours. Very hard to do if we insist on identifying as a human with a life. This is not non duality bullshit. It's simply a case of mistaken identity and it's leading to suffering and mental anguish. Be from the world not of it. Identify as a human when it's needed but recognize who you truly are. I mean truly recognize it and not because somebody told you. Investigate yourself, the world around you, your experiences and observe your behaviors and others. You will then realize how unstable everything is and around you and realize what you are not. Then you can go home whenever you like and come out to play this game called life from a place of self-recognition and see it for what it is.

Welcome to Infinity. It's all manifesting as itself. We are not even perceiving it how it is because it is no-thing. We are only perceiving our beliefs and the way we see ourselves and the world. Perceive it differently and we see it differently. This is not hogwash fantasy. This is infinitely infinite and anything goes. No purpose rhyme or reason. Logic doesn't even touch the surface. We're afraid of our own infinitude.

I'm starting to notice something. Life isn't about health, wealth, education, knowledge, relationships, advice, work, life purpose, challenges, poverty, ignorance, laziness, motivation, wisdom, stupidity, family, government, rules, authority, sovereignty, happiness, sadness, sex, morality, homosexuality, creativity, joy, peace, serenity, animals, food, communication, observation, science, the ego, spirituality religion, vacations, landmarks, museums,......etcetcetcetc.

It's about nothing. It really is about nothing. Nothing zilch nada.......AND...... it's about everything. Everything under the sun. Nothing excluded. Even nothing is included. Even exclusion is included.

2+2 does not = 4. How can it when 1+3 also seems to = 4, so does 4+0 and 4-0. That's Mathematics. The Universe is Mathematical. So. What I'm talking about is prior to Mathematics. I'll leave it at that.

Like Leo says, there's always something hidden.

Humans seem to fear everything. Everything but the fearing of fear. Nobody's afraid to fear. Why is this. Because fear is it's own entity. No one is doing it. Read that again.

IS THERE A PERSON THERE: Sometimes I wonder about myself. Am I delusional or is it the other person. If I say something as radical as there is no one there. I seem to be challenged a lot. Ridiculed and called Advaita. That's an ideology. An idea. How is it that there's no one an idea. The one itself is an idea. If there's no one, that's unideological. Can a person exist without a heart, implanted or not. No. Can a person, talk without a brain, no. Can a person hear without ears, no, eat without a mouth, no. They can be fed through incision, but that's not the same as eating. (BTW, the senses aren't really being sensed, they input and output information, but that's another topic) for now, I'll stick to believing they are.

Where is this person. Point to the heart, that's a heart. Point to the hand, that's a hand. Point to any body part, that's body parts. Ok, we might say, all the body parts make up the person. Take a hand, chop it off, mail it to a museum thousands of miles away. Is that hand the person, no. Is the person still a person without that hand. You might say yes. What is the hand now. Still a hand. A personless hand. A person without a hand. So the person remains, the hand is still there miles away. The person without a hand is still a person but the hand is just a hand. Makes no sense.

A person that becomes brain dead - is that still a person. Use this analogy for every body part. Is that still a person. A half a person. Idk. When we cut an apple in half, and separate the two pieces, is one piece still an apple. Can you sell that half a piece and say it's a whole apple. No. It's a half an apple. Is the person with one hand a half a person. A third, two thirds. Which is it.

Ok, No hands, no feet, just a head and a torso, that's possible. Still a person. Ok, full body parts, no brain or brain dead, can't smell or taste. These conditions do exist. Still a person? What constitutes being a person. Ok. A persona. Ok brain dead, no persona or personality. Still a person? Idk, what is a person. Is it a body with a person inside. I don't see a person inside. I can see someone's brain, kidneys, liver and heart. I don't see a person.

See what I mean. If someone reads this and can explain to me where the person is I would be obliged. Truly.

This Spirituality stuff is no joke and I'm aware I haven't even scratched the surface yet. The ego doesn't want to go down without a fight. The closer you get to the truth of who you are, the harder it fights.

A few years back (maybe 3 or 4), I noticed myself doing an act I used to do as a child. It involves something with some material like the pillow case or my skirt hem. I would fiddle it with my fingers and play with it. (no ideas now, nothing sexual lol).

Anyways, I noticed I started doing it again after all these years from being a child, it came back. This was after delving into spirituality. Didn't think much of it, I started getting cravings also. Stuff I haven't eaten in like 20yrs, I started craving. Upon reflection, I realized it's the old me trying to come back or stay or not dissolve, or whatever. That's what's happening. It died on it's own, but now it's really dying and now it's fighting hard. Like bringing up past energies from way back. The body is going out of whack, not the mind, but the body. The mind is being fed good stuff, but the body is fighting back. The two are out of sync. The body is trying to catch up and it's going haywire in the process. This goes to show how powerful this stuff is. That's why it's not popular. There's no one deciding this, it's energy. It's alive all on it's own.

@Princess Arabia This is a good article that might logically explain where the "person", or essence of what You are Is..  I've mentioned already the 5 sheaths theory, the last sheath is the Bliss Body, this describes the feeling/experience one has when intouch with what is really You, some call it Soul or Atman, Atman is the same as Brahman, which is the Absolute in Sanskrit, we are embodied Atman, but we have forgotten our true nature and play this duality/unconsciousness game, I think this happen so that Absolute can experience itself, as in Absolute realm there is no duality, no experience, no expression just Potential and Possibility.. but anyways here is the article, it might clear up somethings..

Just bought this leopard jacket. It's getting cold now and time to look cute for the winter. Keeping the leopard theme alive. My favourite print.

Winter boots goes nicely. Time to kick some balls. Hehe.

Not sure which color skirt to wear, maybe the beige.

Thighs be freezing, but gotta feel sumthin'. My Thanksgiving date starts Monday. Gotta prepare. He bought the boots, I picked it out. Amazon. He hasn't seen the skirt yet so I have to be prepared for a big hug and a long kiss. He has to be prepared to chill his pamper. Crazy me at it again.

So I finally decided on my pre-Thanksgiving Date menu. He wired me $400 to go grocery shopping and buy whatever I want to make. This is $400 worth of food. Lol. Maybe in Dubai. Some more extras was bought but these are the main ingredients.

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. Quinoa Wild Rice Stuffing w/dried Cranberries, Mushrooms, Zucchini and herbs and spices, Homemade Orange Pomegrante Cranberry Sauce sweetened with Maple Syrup, Maple Glazed Butternut Squash and Stuffed Poblano Peppers stuffed with the Quinoa stuffing.

He's bringing down the wine, a handle of Titos and whatever he snacks on. We'll head over to the health food store when he gets to me and we get some real Vermont cheddar cheese and Almond Flour crackers and maybe popcorn and salsa with that corn chip stuff. Mexican style. He likes the hottest one that kills you on the way down, so that's on him. Hopefully he eats dinner before he dies of volcano poisoning.

Then we head over to our rented out condo-style resort and migrate for 3days. By the 4th day I'm ready to kill myself. If you do not hear from me for 2weeks I'm dead. See you on the other side hehe, haw, haw. Nah, I'll just be chillin' on the West side.

Oh, I forgot the vape. He vapes weed and I take a drag here and there - sometimes, as it's not really my thing. My thing is cigs and wine. Cigs are natural, so its not as hard on the body. Still bad, though, but better than the rest. Doesnt smell either. Last time I vaped weed I was fucking the chair so I don't know, I'll have to decide if the chair gets some or not. Better the chair than him. Hehe. Just kidding.

Titi looking out at the birds. I feed the outside cat and sometimes leave the food on the table outside to feed the birds. Every day I get to watch birds in my front yard. All different kinds. Blue, Jay, and whatever else kind. Once a bird came knocking on the window with his beak because the food wasn't out. Even them know what's up. He manifested his food.

The crows is the main reason why I don't leave the food outside. They come and perch on the fence and eat all the food. They mainly eat the wet food and that's usually pretty gone. They come infrequently, but they are quite boisterous and bold. They even start kissing each other and once I saw them mating on the front lawn. Harmless, though I chase them away. Wouldn't like to see my cat flying away in a crows mouth.

This is what I'm making. Will do the seasoning and herbed butter (kerrygold pure Irish butter), ahead of time. This way at the room I'll just pop it in.

Will make the stuffing ahead of time (using the same turkey side dish stuffing, not exactly this one) with crushed tomatoes added and topped with cheese.

Didn't get the dried apricots as they only had a big bag and I don't eat dried fruit regularly. So it's without. Maybe I'll use fresh apples instead or canned peaches.

This too.

Minus the white sugar. I'll use maple syrup to sweeten instead.

Life is filled with constructs. Trying to make something out of nothing. Can't build a house on a filled lot.

Near death experiences are just stories. How can one really have a near death experience for real. Not saying it didn't happen; it's as real as me typing this, but it's still a story. If we don't die for real and was never born how can that be. Fetus's also have near born stories then. It's an experience followed up by a story. Many people report the same thing. Yes, but not in the exact same words. Don't a lot of people experience the same kind of thing in life where we say we had the same experience. It's similar but told in a different way. Same thing.
