It will help a lot, but for many, it won’t solve all problems. There will always be doubt and fear of the truth.

NO!

this means you still identify with appearances .you are decived . You still believe there is a snake in the dark alley trying to bite you .if you look closer you will see its only a rope not a snake .

Think of your dreams..when you have a nightmare  ..isn't all pain and fear and doubt and bla bla bla resolved the moment you become lucid and you discover that you are not the dream character nor the dreamworld and you become disidentified with it all ?

Likewise with real life so to speak ..if you realize none of what's happening in your life is your business and you live according to this understanding..how can you possibly suffer?

The world could get ripped apart and people would  freak the fuck out..but you won't give a damn.

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

I am speaking generally. No one will be able to convince anyone of what is actually true. There will always be mistrust. One percent of uncertainty can destroy you and prevent you from finding peace. On your deathbed, you will not be sure of anything and will be afraid of the unknown, even if you believe you have the answer.

The end of separation is the end of desire. It’s life, it’s death, it’s unity; it is the absolute. In this profound realization, we find perfection eternal, a state of everlasting harmony.

The identity part is correct, but this is a hardwire thing, its there for us to allow the species to continue on, we are so weak physically compared to other life on this planet that we need strong identification with body and mind to be able to use our superior Intellect to live another day and eventually rule this planet..But it takes most ppl great Striving to overcome this hardwire issue, hence Spiritual practices were created!

But we are capable of more, to identify with more than just the body or mind, to what we really are, to identify with Life itself, that will cure all ability to Suffer and via that one lives to their highest Potential!

Are you on your deathbed right now? If not then Live Life while you can to the fullest, suffering won't allow that too happen.

Be strongly Aware that You are Mortal, that Your Body will die someday, this will wise You up and force You to live life to its highest possibility each moment, if it doesn't then You are not strongly Aware of Your Mortality.

I agree. Existence likes to play tricks on us.

I am aware that I could die just if someone farts on me. People are weak, and we need to stop pretending that we can handle everything.

We are both fragile and strong, that is why You need clarity to navigate thru life with ease, again Suffering is anti Clarity, no clarity if Your Suffering inside Yourself..

So its a step by step approach, first be Peaceful of Your nature, then Clarity will naturally come to You, then Life Potentials open up naturally as well, then Enlightenment is not far now!

From an absolute perspective there is no suffering, from a relative perspective there is. If you are able to be in absolute perspective all the time, you will never suffer. The problem is that it is practically impossible because the relative has a magnetism that is impossible to ignore.

If you can really put yourself in an absolute perspective 5 minutes a day is already a lot, almost no one can do it for even a minute in their life. I suppose there are people who can be in an absolute perspective all the time, saints and that, but it is not something normal, you must have been born for it

What is more possible is being open to the absolute perspective in some extent almost always, but I guess that if you are in real troubles, in war, cancer, and that, you would be totally in the relative. But who knows, until you are there you can't know your reaction

Some are for sure more capable of it, we are all capable of it, but some have an easier time accessing it, but with some good quality Sadhana it becomes easier, and with Guru's to help as well even easier, that is why they are here...

I think it could be more or less easy (if you know how and you already did) if your life conditions are favourable, but if you are in troubles, sickness, misery, family with problems, war, etc etc, seems quite difficult. But you never know until you are there.

Everyone wants the entirety of what makes them happy. No one wants something temporary, even if it is substantial.

Yes agreed, the situation has to be right for it too blossom, You can't talk or explore this stuff if Your just surviving everyday or living in a war zone or stressed place, it won't happen likely then, never know though!
