You don't need to intellectually piece these things together for them to fit into logical system. I would say have a few kenshos first, that will probably resolve these doubts.

It wants to survive. It wants to know.

For the mind, knowing is/was a major survival advantage

It evolved needing to know things.

Nowadays everything needed for basic survival, is already provided by, family, friends, government...etc

The mind can't know it's way to not knowing or not giving a fuck.....

When this is seen clearly, it will calm it's needy ass down drastically 🤣 

Until then, it just goes around in circles attempting to label and know everything.

First, don't you have the ability to choose how to interpret reality? For example you chose to identify with this particular thought. But can you also see that it's just a thought and not the ultimate truth? (Does ultimate depend on your thoughts or is true regardless of thoughts?) 

Second, I like the idea that we've gonna be on this earth until we love it so much that we want to stay here forever. It's a love simulator like Leo says. The moment you are so happy to be here, you feel like it's heaven on earth for you, that the moment you complete your journey here

You can’t fake anything. Either reality sucks or it doesn’t, and it doesn’t matter how I personally see it! It can change for the better, but it’s only temporary.

Maybe you want those things because you can't get them. But once you got them, you might still be unhappy. Who knows?

There is a difference because I cannot influence everything with my thoughts. And it is very possible regarding the last point you made.
