This world is a prison and we're prisoners.

Dig this prison deeply and free yourself from it.

@Atb210201 @Salvijus

Very corresponding beautiful quotes.

The end of separation is the end of desire. It’s life, it’s death, it’s unity; it is the absolute. In this profound realization, we find perfection eternal, a state of everlasting harmony.

I doubt the first quote is actually from Rumi. It has a super lame energy behind it. The second one I quote feels much more Rumi-like.

You are right, Jiddu Krishnamurti said the first quote, but I believe Rumi used it in one of his videos.

I will never accept it. Why should anyone accept that life is a mystery? It’s not cool or exciting, it’s terrible.

As Consept said, If You Resist, and don't Accept, then You suffering, Your anxious, depressed, bitter, anger and the emotions and such that cloud your Awareness and Inherent Intelligence that allows You to Perceive Reality as Perfect and Beautiful and all those things..

As I said, Suffering is mostly a Human problem, everything else is pretty perfect as it is and was created, we are virtually living in a Paradise of sorts, but we make a hell out of it because we are Not Conscious/Aware enough to evoke our Free Will, Ability to Respond, and bring back control of ourselves and personal Experience within.

If Your Blissful of Your own nature, everything will be perfect in your Perception, if Your Miserable of Your own nature, everything is wrong and suffering comes to You as an Experience, so bring back Free Will, how do You want to Experience life within, then choose how to feel, then Perceive Reality and live to a higher Possibility..

Suffering stops all Possibility/Potential from ever arising!

I can’t control everything. I didn’t choose to be born here, and I don’t want to hear anyone say that I chose this, because there’s no good evidence for it. We are slaves; we are not free in this world, and there is too much evil. Nothing is balanced in this world. It doesn’t matter how much positive consciousness I have; all of that is temporary. Life is shitty. Things can always go wrong, and they will. I try to enjoy being on this planet, but I just can’t. Everything is so pointless.

yes I see it too, the only control we have is how we Respond.. The point of having this control is that when You are frustrated or suffering in any way, it brings down Your Clarity, Your ability to use Your inherent intelligence, the intelligence that keeps Your heart beating, blood pressure steady and lungs working while Your in deep sleep, something is there, running your body, this earth and everything else, we can get intouch with it, it can become our guide, if Your suffering you lose access to it, when Your in Peace and Acceptance, You gain access to it, so it has nothing to do with what is happening outside, its about what is happening within You, then when that is fixed, you can change or do something about what is happening outside, if not then Your a slave to it and great suffering will happen!

I don’t buy the idea that everything is within me, that I’m the one who needs to change. It’s true to a certain extent, but as I said, why should I have to do that if life is supposed to be so fantastic? Nothing aligns with this world.

Yes, but all Your Experience only happens within You, in reality You have never experienced anything outside of Yourself, all Your senses, all the data they bring in is processed within You, so when You touch something outside of Yourself, it is only experienced within You, so that is the key, there is an outside world, its may be a hell scape but Your response to it is up to You, choose how to respond to it!

But I don’t know how to do this, because I care about the truth and not what makes me feel good. I can’t be 100 percent sure of what happens to me after death, and that’s why it’s so frustrating for me to keep living this human life. I want to be sure about what I’m doing here on earth and what will await me after this ego dies.

It is.

I'm Persian; Rumi's poems are in my language originally.

I translated it myself.

Don't know if I did it justice or not but he said in one of his poems this world is a prison and we're prisoners and you could dig the prison and set yourself free from it.

این جهان زندان و ما زندانیان

حفره کن زندان و خود را وارهان

This is the verse from his spiritual couplets; you can check for yourself.

Even if you put it to Google translate it would translate it pretty much the same doesn't make much of a difference in it's meaning.

. I am trying very hard to focus on the positive aspects of myself. Every day is a struggle, but I will try to make it more balanced and enjoyable.

OK let's save some time and cut to the chase ..what exactly Is going on in your personal life that makes it a constant struggle?  Because I'm honestly not convinced about your compliance about the suffering of the world and the fact that you don't know what happens when you die .

There are  8 billion humans alive on this earth ..all of them know they will die one day and that death is a mystery..yet they don't lose sleep over this fact .

Emil Cioran was a nihilistic author ..he said that when he was 18 he almost lost his mind because he suddenly realized "oh my fucking god ..I'm gonna die one day " ..but he didn't kill himself..he died at 95 years old .

Ramana Maharshi awakend when he realized that death exists . Buddha as well .

Why not leverage this death anxiety that you have to actually make your life extraordinary 👽?how ? AWAKENING!

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

I want to live, but I won’t say I enjoy this place. Things that have affected me are people and limitations. I can’t get over the fact that one day my friends and family will pass away, and I may never see them again. Our bodies suck too — we need to sleep, we can’t fly, and we don’t heal quickly. We have to fast for a thousand days just to see some difference. There’s so much that could be improved.

@Spiritual Warfare If earth is punishment shouldn’t you rejoice we all die?

Of course this world is not perfect . There are limitations . But imagine playing a video game on God-mode. Imagine playing GTA on God mode when you have unlimited money an unlimited health and you can't die and fire doesn't affect you and you can bust through walls or fly etc ..then isn't the fun gone ? Don't you enjoy playing a challenging video game? Same with life my friend. Its bittersweet. The challenges are what make it beautiful and exciting.  Millionaires kill themselves because life is boring for them. Labor worker and farmers here in India are one of the most happy people I ever knew . Because they earn every piece of bread they get  .maybe you need to work or engage in something exciting.

Death, for me, is peace if my logic is right. But what if death is worse? What if I’m tortured for all eternity? I think that if life is hard, then death must be good, but I’m not really sure.

First if Your not naturally there, Accepting, Joyful nature and at Peace within, Responding not Reacting, then You have to practice it and find a practice (Sadhana) that works for You, stay with it consistently and see little by little results.. Focus on Your Inner Experience first, don't be too too concerned with what is happening with outside world and all that shit.. First be the Light You want to see in the world, and never suffer others suffering, if you do then your always a Slave to situations, and situations never go completely your way, so you'll be forever a slave if you live like this,,

To be Human the fundamental is our ability to exert Free Will, and determine how we want to be within Yourself, if You don't do this, then all potential is lost and that is Tragic..
