I’m not sure. I have done both for some time. Spontaneously I’d say the longer mediation is better. I remember having a pretty profound shift when mediating for 3 hours a day for a week or two

Something else. It was one of my more minor shifts, but still profound. It’s when my spiritual paradigm kind of fell apart and I saw it was just a mental construct kind of

Basically it’s like this self that we have , this human ego has many layers to it. Kinda like layers of belief systems, that’s some of it. And the layers can dissolve one by one. When one layer “cracks open” or dissolves i call it a “shift”. So it’s like I had dissolved a structure in my mind that was this fixed belief system I had, that’s why I said my spiritual paradigm fell apart because it kinda did, but underneath that comes another paradigm so it’s not more “non dual” although it is in one sense since when the layers dissolve the self gets thinner and you feel less separate from enviroment

I see very well, but i meant the substance of the layer you dissolved, which believe was concerned.

I am learning that there is no objective reality and the process of creation; I can take a position and even ruminate on a number of subjects, compulsively, but I always slide towards a dissolution of this illusion and so somewhere it quickly sounds like something ridiculous.
If what i say makes sense.

It makes a bit sense yea. I don’t know if there’s an objective reality. Could you describe more the dissolution of the illusion you mentioned?

I don't will give details but i tend to ruminate on some subjects, but in a same time i can see how it's fundamentally a fantasy to feed my persona and i actually systematically also have the prove of the opposite.

It can be about myself, relationships, politic, evolution of the world, even spirituality whatever. 

That's why for exemple my consumption of music has significantly decrease, because the vibe it push me towards seems too ridiculous or at least useless.

According to Joe Dispenza, Franck Lopvet, Bashar and company, i should be able to become absolutely who I want to be to the point of manifesting synchronicities at a certain point.

Can't wait for my half million euros.

I already have synchronicities here and there, but it’s still random stuffs. I already clearly manifested people but it wasn’t really a clear command, it was after disinterested (view from the ego) visualizations ; I don’t master the process of creation but i can perceive it.
