Here's some Socratic questions to help think your statement over...

Are all women more conscious than all men? 

Are all women/men at the same consciousness level? Or are there more conscious women/men and less conscious women/men? 

Can a certain politician trick men and women equally into voting for them? Or are some politicians better at tricking a certain gender?

I have the impression that men and women are more conscious of certain things, each of their own.

Women are just more kind/soft hearted than man. Don't confuse personality traits with development.

Women can show stage green qualities more heavily than man, but in a naive way. SD isn't good enough for understanding women psychological development.

Girls often aren't in the elite in many categories because their psychology seems to be a bit more well rounded and they dont neglect socialization as much, which is problematic if you want to be elite. 

But the elite isnt representative for averages. For example there seems to be more men geniuses but on average men and women have the same intelligence.

Women are more attached to the social thing because their genetic evolution, and this is a disadvantage in spirituality
