Silurian Hypotesis- Civilizations so Old we dont find Traces

Imagine our civilization Traces 10.000 years or more from now. After more a couple thousand, 300.000 or more a new sapiens arise,a totally new specimen like Avatar people and a Pandora Planet. That people would not find traces of our presence. What if we dont find the oldest Ancestors cause the traces are gone? 

Well, probably some specialist in Earth Evolutionary stages can debunk this but is fun anyway.
