An experience [Junk Food]

19 posts in this topic

Today, I ate a lot of chocolate cookies 🍪 and then went to sleep 😴. After waking up, I had a very strange and unpleasant feeling in my stomach. I could tell it was because I hadn't eaten them in so many days, and this feeling only occurs when I do. When I used to eat junk food daily, I never noticed this feeling, as it felt normal.

Something was definitely wrong. The tastier the cookie, the more harmful it probably is, as it likely contains too many harmful chemicals.

God knows how it's affecting my brain, heart, and other vital organs.

A great video for removing junk food addiction :

If you eat homemade instead maybe you won’t feel as bad, and ofc not too many at once . I like to bake something sweet at home from time to time😋

Nacebo effect.

Nocebo effect.

No it's not. Because I didn't care at all about whether it's bad or not. I just ate it. I didn't expect anything negative.

After I completely cleaned my diet, I started experiencing discomfort when eating pasta. Another thing you notice, if you have a low sodium diet, is how dehydrated the body gets after eating heavy/processed foods (e.g., pizza).

Let me share my banana-oats cookie recipe. It's super easy. I don't eat them much anymore cause I'm also avoiding cooking toxins, but it defo is way better than any ready-made alternative. Here you go:

Video

Recipe

  1. Pre-heat oven for 175C
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (paper manteiga)
  3. Two large, fully ripe bananas
  4. Mash the bananas until they’re like a baby food pure
  5. Add 1.5 cup (= 350ml) of oats
  6. Add 0.5 cup (=120ml) of chocolate chips
  7. Bake the cookies for 13-15 mins (or until they’re lightly golden on the edges)

You should get about 15 cookies.

Don't go to sleep after over indulging you need gravity to digest the cookies.Laying down makes your body turn into a cookie and destroy itself. It makes the work like 20 times harder for your body.

If you add 2 eggs to that minus one banana and the chocolate chip, put in a blender until smooth, you have pancake batter of which you can add back the chocolate chips for chocolate chip pancakes.

@Ash55Looks good but I'd keep the chocolate chips. Gluten fucks me up and gluten free baking tastes like crap or very hard to make good. : (

When you eat really good food for you, you notice there is food that can even have a good impact/effect.

Meaning, after eating you feel like nature gave you a massage, you feel energetically elevated and calm.

95% of food people eat lower their energy/prana. Is crazy. People have normalized to feel 'low' after eating.

Of course industry sweets and things like that really fucks with your system to the point it almost feels you've been intoxicated.

Why sadghuru, osho and these kind of gurus who eat a "high prana diet" looks so lethargic ?
