Cuba I agree to remove sanctions. Cuba is harmless.

NK only started making nukes after the US stopped giving them aid which they originally gave in exchange for them not making nukes.

Also after the USA toppled Iraq and Libya, NK logically calculated that without nukes they are probably next.

@Husseinisdoingfine The dude in the video has a strong leftist bias, but worth listening to. He has many videos where he goes into indepth analysis on tyranny of the west. He is an Iraqi so it make sense.

But focusing solely on western tyranny could be short sighted unless put in perspective with the circumstances of the world at the time( for ex nuclear confrontation with USSR). What remains is still, western tyranny but at a lighter scale and less biased.

Also, domino theory neglects the fact that these Communist countries and their people are sovereign agents responsible for their own destiny. This is the same realist logic that Vladimir Putin uses to oppose other countries joining NATO. Opposing NATO for countries bordering the Russian Federation, in their "sphere of influence", totally ignores the fact that these countries are sovereign countries with their own destinies and people.

If a country wants to join NATO , elect a Socialist (such as Allende) or become Communist, that is their business, it is not up to America or Russia to decide foreign affairs.

North Korea is not communism, nor anything that the history of humanity has ever seen. It is a schizophrenic dystopia where there is a fat weird who is idolized as if he were a god with the idea that they are surrounded by horribles enemies that want to destroy them. They are crazy at the level of the Aztecs, it is a country that suffers from schizophrenia.
