How do you do your ALA+DMSA chelation?

I finished 5 rounds already and I feel pretty good. 
But I read a post from @The0Self that lead chelation is a different principle than mercury. 
@The0Self suggests doing 5 days DMSA-only, then DMSA+ALA for 5 days and then DMSA only for 1-4 days to ensure both Mercury and lead are excreted. 
I don’t know if that’s too much. 

I was wondering if you guys do 4-5 days of ALA+DMSA chelation just like it is demonstrated in Leo’s  heavy metal chelation video or do you do something different?

It just seems like such a hassle.

And not even guaranteed that it works.

I’ve heard from people doing many rounds and not feeling better.

I don’t know maybe if this dumb universe wants to kill me with dumb heavy metals 🤘 fine let’s goo

Imagine there were cool different universes or worlds to get born/incarnated to.

One universe has hot blue women. (like Avatar but hotter)

One world has hot green women.

In one world when you get contaminated with heavy metals you get super powers. Like Iron man, Arsenic woman and Mercury boy.

But we are born into a dumb universe where heavy metals end up in tuna sandwiches and such and kill us and give us brain damage.
