Not sure if I would put it in these exact words, but the essence of what you're saying is what's the case. I would say the "I" thought/energy comes with it a feeling of lack - automatically. It cannot help but to feel lack because it's the energy that thinks it's separate. How can something that is a part of the whole but thinks it's separate not feel lack. It's impossible not to. There's no healing there because it's in it's nature to feel lack, incomplete and unfulfilled

Yes, how I see it is similar to that. The structure is itself the definition of duality, so obviously the structure will always feel lack because that what drives/is identified with the structure, wants non-duality.

However, what we usually do is try to achieve non-duality from the structure, this means trying to get love or connection from other people, addiction, etc. Is clear this never works, is guaranteed for failure. Because one is approaching the mission from a place of lack.

If you could break the structure 5 min for day, your life would be mostly happiness. I think that the point isn't breaking definitely the structure and be like a mystic full time, because as we are humans, why not enjoy the human interface as much as it's possible?

I don´t think so, because the rest 23 hours and 55min you are again interacting with reality in an entangled way.

I´m not saying to break it, I´m saying walk on top of it, carry it like a piece of clothing, is clear we need some sort of structure to maintain a human life, so if breaking is not possible at least not let it define you reality.

Yes but a short break, even of 5 min, make your structure less dense for days, maybe for 2 or 3 days, then starts to get dense again

Yeah, in that case let´s say it lasts more than 5minutes, maybe 5minutes were peak clear 0 density and then starts to built up again slowly through the days, the goal is at one point we don´t let any density built up anymore, we have observed truly how the mechanics works so we keep the minimum glue to keep being human but enough elasticity to explore life without a stone of 80kg in our head 👍

To say "I am an addict", implies there is work to be done and the purpose of hammering this into your skull daily is not to foster weakness, but to acknowledge the weakness inside you and to make you 24/7 vigilant, which is necessary when you're attempting to quit a substance you're extremely addicted to.

Higher conscious people can solve their addictions on their own but the average person cannot do that. They often require hitting rock bottom and society or their family forcing them into a program.

AA mostly serves to bring the addict's energy up to a place of courage and willingness so they can choose to quit. The details of how that happens are not important because without them choosing to quit, they'll soon end up extremely diseased or dead.

AA provides a sense of comradery. When you're depressed and apathetic, which most alcoholics are, it's uplifting to be around others who sympathize with you, don't judge you for your failure, and to know others have been there before. This social element provides a great energetic boost that replenishes their self-esteem and self-efficacy, which is required for them to choose to increase awareness and to engage in strategies that will protect them from relapse.

I had an alcoholic gf once. It was rough af. I'm good with strategy but there was absolutely nothing I could do. She wasn't interested in my solutions. All she ever said was "you don't know what it's like". No amount of wisdom ever penetrated until she had the social element of AA.

A god-less religion for the chronically craving

Christianity even made their own version called Celebrate Recovery

Yes, and maybe a quite wide openness full time. being open to the reality is something that at first 3 seconds is very challenging, then little by little is getting easier. Maybe in some point you are absolutely open full time.
