One weird thing is that Trump is very popular in Israel but especially among the young

It’s crazy to me since Biden gave them so much support

Anyone else familiar with this clip? It's a little scary which direction things may go if cooler heads don't prevail.

@Raze People will always care more about their own survival and needs than what goes on in some zionist country. I'm glad she lost. Not happy that Trump won - I dont like any of them, they're all vampires

This isn't weird. Trump has announced he will give Israel free reign to finally solve the Israel-Palestine conflict, he will give them his full support.

Just look at the past in terms of how Trump moved the US embassy to Jerusalem and how he had a antagonistic policy against Iran.

a progressive friend of mine on instagram is posting how Dems lost because of their refusal to stop the war in Gaza, I swear progressives really think anyone gives a shit about their ideals. I mean maybe a few sat out in protest of Harris but let's be real, she gave off the same impression that the economy would continue the same under her as it did under Biden. I don't think her campaign needs an autopsy. The polls were pretty accurate. Trump using fear and frustration capitalized on all the economic problems under Biden and blamed it on the open bored. Power stuff to see cities filled with refugees and the average American struggling with grocery bills. Harris did not give the impression she would change this, even if Trump is over promising and full of shit, she didn't give an impression or speak to the emotions of the people. 15 million sat out for her. I wonder why that is though.

Here we go with Israel again.

If you think Israel had anything to do with the outcome of this election, you are truly lost.

The Jews (Israel) are the real bosses behind the scenes, of America

Is that why Joe won in 2020 despite Trump being even more pro Israel?

The reality is America voted for their own self interests.

The end of separation is the end of desire. It’s life, it’s death, it’s unity; it is the absolute. In this profound realization, we find perfection eternal, a state of everlasting harmony.

Oh, that’s cute. "Holistic" doesn’t mean I’m some kind of new-age robot here to regurgitate studies and stats on demand. It means seeing things in context, acknowledging the human complexity that can’t just be boiled down to some overly simplistic view of voters as “low info.” But I get it, it’s easier to label people as "low information" than to grapple with the fact that millions of individuals make choices based on a mix of their own life experiences, values, and yes, even critical thought.

And really, if you’re expecting me to hand over tangible evidence that people aren’t mindless sheep, that’s hilarious. Maybe it’s less about voters being incapable of discerning truth and more about you wanting to see them as inferior just because they don't fit into some neat intellectual box you've crafted.

So no, my intellect doesn't "bottom out" here—I'm just not going to waste time trying to “prove” to you that people are more than mindless pawns in some propaganda game. That’s pretty obvious to anyone who actually cares enough to listen to people outside their own little echo chamber.

Okay, so you don't have any evidence that will suffice for me.

I dont care about you waving the aesthetic of being a holistic thinker, what I do care about is you having the ability to deliver some substance and having the ability  ground out your arguments in facts or at the very least, have the honesty that you have a model that you haven't grounded out in facts yet.

Again , telling me that you don't have any tangible evidence would be fine with me, since I havent brought any evidence yet to substantiate my claims about voters being low info in general and about voters not having nuanced takes in general (none of which is controversial btw, but regardless).

Now what I want you to do is this: Walk me through given all the facts about Trump (all the criminal cases and also him trying to overthrow the government) how come Trump voters are not low info voters or given that Trump voters know about all those cases how come that they can vote for Trump without being blinded by conspiratorial thinking?

Its not that complicated to me, Kamala has no authenticity or credibility and just stands for virtue signalling artificial politicians that we've been inundated with for so long.

Trump is deeply self-aggrandized, but at least he doesnt try to hide it, its a level of authenticity above Kamala. His pro-capiatlist stance albeit unbalanced at least brings some hope of change.

The problem with politics is apathy and very few candidates give a realistic promise of actual tangible change

It wasn’t the only reason but it contributed

Quote

In Pennsylvania, 34% of respondents said they would be more likely to vote for the Democratic nominee if the nominee vowed to withhold weapons to Israel, compared to 7% who said they would be less likely. The rest said it would make no difference. In Arizona, 35% said they’d be more likely, while 5% would be less likely. And in Georgia, 39% said they’d be more likely, also compared to 5% who would be less likely.

Similar results were found when respondents were asked separately if they were more or less likely to vote for the Democratic nominee if Biden called for an end to US.-funded weapons to Israel or if the US president secured a ceasefire.

The results were particularly stark when looking at responses by those who voted for Biden in 2020 and are currently undecided. In Pennsylvania, 57% of such voters said they’d be more likely to support the Democratic nominee if they pledged to withhold additional weapons to Israel for committing human rights abuses; in Arizona, 44% said the same; in Georgia, 34% said so.

Honestly, there needs to be a mandatory high school subject for basic guidelines and rules for voting for presidents, governors, etc...

People can see Trump's lack of integrity just based on his criminal record, and you should never place someone in power who has low integrity. Integrity is LITERALLY a 1:1 measurement of who's more or less fit to make important decisions.

The fact that there's no law to prevent felons from even running for president is insane, the founding fathers should've written that shit in the constitution, a big mistake on their end: and Joe Rogan, a disgrace. In just 11 days there are almost more views on that podcast he did with him than the amount of Americans who voted for Harris.

Kamala and the Dems are also so stupid in how they run their campaigns, they should stay away from gender politics as much as possible, with enough gender conversations she would've lost in Europe too. People are not liberal enough to support that stuff yet.

People don’t care about his lack of integrity because they consider the democrats nearly as corrupt. They know about wealthy buying elections and democrats lying, trump isn’t different to them.

If felons can’t run a justice department could be weaponized to charge political opponents and force them out of politics.

heres a question, this goes to anyone - Would you appoint Trump to any position relevant to you, so like would you be happy if he was your boss at work or Principal at your kids school or ran your university?

The "both sides" talk will enrage the forum members like nothing else. Personally, I think there's more of a point to be made there than many would like to admit. It's so easy to view your own opinions with less scrutiny.
