Anyone have thoughts on why we're not seeing epic protests on the level of 2016's election? I guess we have yet to see what happens in the next few months, but it's been relatively quiet so far.

What are they gonna protest? Kamala didn't tell everyone it was stolen.

Edit: NVM, I see you're talking about 2016. Yeah, that's interesting. Maybe they're just used to it by now.

I think it's great that they're not, but I'm just comparing to what happened in 2016, which was way way more intense. Apparently the DC police were expecting thousands of people, and like 150 showed. Windows were boarded up and the whole area was prepared, but nothing happened.

Maybe it's possible I shouldn't complain about positive things.

Yeah, definitely could be.

A combination of defeatist in some, and in others, knowing that it's no longer going to accomplish anything. The only thing that can be done now is sit back and let the leopards eat their faces.

Gavin Newsom is so going to be President in 2028 lol.  Damn… 2028, we’re all going to be a bit older by then.

So, at least from my perspective, Newsom still has that kind of phony veneer that's so common of yesteryear's politicians. He's better than some, and I've seen him do pretty well in a few debates, but I don't think he's ideal for this brave new world we're entering. Also, he reminds me of Patrick Bateman.

Bateman is literally one of the mascots for online right wingers though lol.  That’s a good thing for him.  He has crazy disdain for republicans so he may be very powerful.

That just blew my mind, because you're actually right, lol. There is a kind of worship of the movie character's lifestyle, and even the hidden darkness inside him. I like Patrick Bateman as well, now that I think about it.

I don't know, maybe it's somehow different when we're dealing with a real person. Or maybe I have some weird bias.

I've been seeing that attitude of passive observance more and more, and I think that's a pretty decent way to go about it. Seems likely it's better than previous methods of resistance, since you can depend on Trump's results to quickly demonstrate where an error in judgement has occurred. It beats complaining about him with a crazy fervor. I think we've seen where that's gotten us.

I'm actually hoping for some potentially very positive changes. Either way, we're in it for the ride now.

Official Election Update

Nevada has been called for Trump.

Leo! Don’t you live in Nevada? You have a lot of explaining to do! >:(

I’m of course joking, Las Vegas and Clark County went for Harris. Every County in Nevada, except Clark, went for Trump.

The House of Representatives has still not been called for either party.

The Senate race has been concluded, and as of yesterday, they had just gained a seat. This brings them to a 53 seat majority.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty. We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Virtuous and Conscious. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life God is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, ... Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God
