It does sounds very hyperbolic and unrealistic. Especially with people like RFK, Elon etc. on board. But maybe he just used them to get voted in and then Bam off to the gulag with them.

As I wrote here: https://www.actualized.org/insights/2024-election-prediction

"A second Trump term would be absolutely disastrous. It will be by far the most corrupt form of government that America has ever had, by an order of magnitude. The corruption will be horrific and unimaginable. Expect war, violence, abuse of power at unprecedented scale, loss of many freedoms, Federal ban on abortion, white supremacy, Christian theocracy, criminals in the White House, fraud, corporate exploitation, gutting of all good regulations, a generation-long destruction of the Supreme Court, erosion of the legal system, concentration camps for migrants, abuse of all types of minorities, gross incompetence and mismanagement, poisoning of the food and water supply, pardoning of elite criminals, stock market collapse, crypto market collapse, and perhaps the end of democracy and elections. I’m not saying this will happen with 100% certainty, but it’s reasonably probable — which is a completely irresponsible thing to gamble with."

Thinking this will happen is a result of existing in an echo-chamber and blindly believing the MSM and democrat-lies.

In reality they constantly take what Trump says out of context in order to portray him much worse than he is.

Here is one of countless examples of them doing just that:

Another example is people promoting the idea that Trump told people to violently attack the capitol when in reality he wrote the opposite on twitter that very day (before they censored it ofc): https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GRIBqjxXgAA6DBI?format=png&name=small

I'm not questioning the validity of the Project 2025 documents themselves. My point is in the conspiratorial tendency that can activate in a psyche. It's like a paranoia that's an inherent potential in human psychology. I believe that to begin thinking this way is damaging to the left, even if it's simultaneously informing them.

There is no conspiratorial thinking. Project 2025 clearly lays out what they want to do. Stop gaslighting us about it.

You're not being truthful.

Any reasonable person should be deeply concerned about Project 2025 and the damage it would do to the government.

It is real.

If Trump is distancing himself from it, that doesn't mean it's not real.

Trump also ducked out of doing debates because when he did even one debate against Kamala it was clear how insane and out of touch he actually is. He was better off saying nothing, just dancing to music.

@BlackPhil Leo AI:

Jan 6 Insurrection Timing

Based on the provided search results, here is a concise answer:

The insurrection on January 6th, 2021, began around 2:00 pm ET, when a mob of Trump supporters breached the outer perimeter of the United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C. The violence escalated throughout the day, resulting in injuries to over 140 police officers, damage to the Capitol complex, and six fatalities.

Regarding President Trump’s involvement, multiple sources indicate that he did make statements that may have incited the mob. Some key points:

On December 19, 2020, Trump tweeted: “Big protest planned in DC for January 6th. Be there, will be wild!” This tweet was seen by many as a call to action for his supporters to gather in Washington, D.C.

On January 6th, 2021, Trump delivered a speech at the Ellipse, near the White House, where he repeated false claims about the 2020 election and urged his supporters to “fight” and “stop the steal.” Democrats argue that this speech incited the subsequent violence at the Capitol.

Many of the 210 Jan. 6th criminal defendants, including some of the most violent insurrectionists, have claimed that they were incited to violence by Trump’s words and actions. For example, two members of the mob who led life-threatening attacks against Metropolitan Police officers Daniel Hodges and Michael Fanone both claimed that they were incited to violence by Trump.

It is essential to note that the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol has concluded that Trump’s actions and words contributed to the violence and insurrection. The committee’s findings have been supported by numerous fact-checkers and independent investigations.

Trump may be publicly distancing himself from Project 2025, but the question is, what's going on behind the scenes? Internally, he may be a pivotal part of Project 2025. I don't know.

Giuliani was a good public prosecutor, and look what he turned into over the years. A cartoon villain.

People can lose their minds over time.

With RFK there is at least a capability of integrity and care, though, and heart-based identity beyond individual needs, it felt like, when I saw an interview with him years ago. Hard to believe that one could really erase that if it was genuine. Whatever, I don't know about his politics.

Yes, in the lead-up to January 6 and on the day itself, Trump made several notable statements that were later scrutinized for their possible impact on the events at the Capitol:

"Stop the Steal" and Election Fraud Claims: For weeks after the 2020 election, Trump repeatedly asserted that the election was "stolen" through widespread voter fraud, though these claims were not substantiated. He encouraged his supporters to "fight" against what he described as a rigged system, fueling anger and distrust in the election outcome.

"Be there, will be wild!" (December 19, 2020): In a tweet, Trump urged his followers to come to Washington, D.C., on January 6, stating, "Big protest in D.C. on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!" This tweet was widely shared and interpreted by some supporters as a rallying call.

"Fight like hell" (January 6, 2021): During the rally on the morning of January 6, Trump told the crowd, “If you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.” This statement, among others, was later cited as potentially inciting language.

"March to the Capitol": At the same rally, Trump encouraged the crowd to march to the Capitol, saying, “We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women.” He added, “I’ll be there with you,” though he did not actually accompany the crowd.

Pressure on Mike Pence: In the days leading up to January 6, Trump publicly and privately pressured Vice President Mike Pence to reject the certification of electoral votes, despite Pence's lack of authority to do so. On the day of the rally, Trump said, “I hope Mike is going to do the right thing. I hope so. Because if Mike Pence does the right thing, we win the election.”

These statements were used in impeachment proceedings and other investigations as evidence of Trump's role in potentially encouraging the Capitol attack, though the exact degree of his legal responsibility is still under scrutiny in ongoing cases.

With him the issue isn't integrity, it's self-deception. His whole mind and worldview is deeply self-deceived. It's not that he's lying to you, it's that he lives in a fantasy land in his mind.

And that kind of thing eventually ends in disaster.

They seem more pissed off and self-righteous than afraid.

I call it aggressive ignorance. Flaming, passionate ignorance.

And their flames of ignorance have been stoked by alternative media into a roar.

But how involved are the people really? The choice is between a guy just 10 percent chose in a republican primary and a woman who was appointed by a guy just 10 percent of people chose in the prior democratic primary, all concluded in a election only half voted in.

In the full video, he advocates for replacing Democracy with a “meritocracy”.

He as well considered our style of Democracy a “temporary dictatorship”.

What we need is a constitutional amendment that bans money in politics, and then allow ranked choice voting and automatic third party ballot access.

The rich can’t buy politicians and we won’t be forced to limit ourselves to voting for democrats or republicans.
