To me it's the same as with the question of why women go for "bad boys" rather than the nice guys.

Even if the bad boys are *perhaps* worst for them in the end, they are sincere and authentic in who they are and don't give a fuck what the woman thinks of him, and people love sincerety far more than anything.

No one trusts Kamala.

Plenty of people trust her…

But, apparently more trust trump, even with all his lies. Which, I find interesting. People have historically given in to corruption while distrusting actual leaders. So, this isn’t new.

I am gonna sit back and learn from this. Let’s see how people feel 4 years from now.

The American people have spoken. I will not judge.

When I hear Kamala talk I feel nauseous. She constantly sounds condescending. Am I the only one feeling that way? It feels like a big factor in her loss but I haven't heard anyone talking about it.

Her voice just reminds me of Janice from friends lol

She comes out fake AF. Trump doesn't.

And her fakest laugh in the whole world makes me want to throw things. And she just doesn't stop. It's like putting it up to 11.

These are your interpretations.

How can you trust someone like Tulsi? Just randomly flips her political ideology and political allegiance midway through her career.

Being able to change ones mind and being an actual person is not something negative, people respect and relate to that.

Blindly following ideologies and only parroting the parties talkingpoints like Kamala is something negative.

People want a leader, not some ideological puppy.

Kamala seemed to think she could win simply by being black, woman and hysterically fake-laugh herself to the office.

The level of low quality interpretations from you guys is sickening. She actually had a platform with policies, and has a professional history. Is this true what you say or you simply didn’t look past those things because of your own bias?

No way do I buy that Tulsi had some sort of intellectual awakening that made her switch side.

I reckon she just saw an avenue for power and money and took it. I’m usually more charitable in my interpretations of people switching beliefs. But my intuition screams ‘grifter’… and I hate using that word usually.

It’s not her fault imo. She gave her best.

I’d rather blame the dems for sucking up to wall street etc. and not finding a better candidate and alienating many voters.

Although noones really to blane seemingly. Power corrupts .

Interesting logic:

I don't want to vote for Kamala because she is bad, doesn't represent my values, or seems fake, so I'll pick the worst one.

Entirety of Kamala's campaign was "don't vote for Mr Hiter 2.0"

So you are stuck with me.

That's not how you run a campaign.

81 millions votes on 2020.

66 million votes in 2024.

Where did the 15 million democratic vote go?

"Fake af" was my thought aswell.

Kind of a superficial impression, when you think about it. Her fake laugh, presentation or "vibe" vs an actual compulsive liar/child. She's worked for the senate, was a district attorney and prosecutor vs a convicted felon. Suggests drinking bleach to combat an airborne virus, spreads misinformation about groups eating pets, and so much more. But Kamala's laugh is so fake; I can't stand her.

So instead of choosing the disagreeable, uncharismatic, but reasonably smart class student for president, choose the one with the lowest grades that gives off "strong" vibes and who is more convincing.

Is it that bad of a message?

I mean this is trump we are talking about. The dude has a laundry list of things that should veto him from presidency. Pretty reasonable campaign strategy to try and focus on not voting for him to be in office.

So even I’m surprised how much men went towards trump, and it looks like women didn’t go for a Kamala in nearly the numbers they expected.

The democrats need to stop their feminist messaging and criticism / ignoring of men. It doesn’t help get women and it alienated men.

I know Dr Warren Farrell and Richard Reeves implored them to take a stand on mens issues and got ignored, I hope next time the learn their lesson but it will be tough as their primary base seems to have a lot of feminists.

Yes because people want a reason to vote for someone. It looks like trump didn’t get much more votes than he did in 2020, Kamala just got way less than Biden did, no one is animated by your message being “I will do as I please even if you don’t like it, but you have to pick me because the other guy is evil so ha!”. You cannot blackmail voters.
