I wish Bernie had cultivated a populist progressive successor. Instead the next time the dems have a presidential primary a progressive option will probably lose or just be a pretender.

I hope the next time republicans have a primary Rand Paul or Thomas Massie win, they are more reasonable and principled conservatives. I think they’ve gained a large following among younger republicans so they’d have a shot.

The funny thing is that the republicans might not be able to get rid of Trump because of how fanatical his fans are, they'd just abandoing the republican party and make election impossible for them.

In the end, depending on how long Trump lives, he might have been the best thing for the democrats.

So far every county in Indiana is moving a few points towards the Dems. Not a swing state but might be indicative of a trend regardless.

But the number in Florida shows that Kamala is underperforming Biden in 2020 there.

For both Jacksonville and Tampa.

Let's hope this pattern doesn't reproduce outside of Florida.

Florida has trended redder and redder over time. It's not indicative of any outlier trends. If anything it may be a help for Democrats, it's where the old retirees from other states move and consolidate their votes.

Yes it does. The screen goes black. When u move the phone away from ear again the screen opens up back to camera app. Placed back at the ear the screen just turns black. Do u not have a phone???

Harris is up by a lot in North Carolina, but only 3% of the votes came in, so I don’t know

Yep. Ohio is looking excellent compared to Biden's number in 2020.

I think maybe the fact that Florida has a vote on abortion plays on the dynamic. Women are probably less willing to vote Dem there, hence another factor explaining the poor numbers.
