@Husseinisdoingfine Kamala and Trump are both cancers. Trump said today in Detroit that he will leave Nato and leave the EU alone with Russia. Both Kamala and Trump support Israhell and it's genocide. Today Israel has attack UN peacekeepers in Lebanon. France said they will have a closed doors meeting on 24 this month to find the best way to support the Lebanese Military and kick Israel out of Lebanon with a cease fire. Kamala is better than Trump for America. For the rest of the world they are both are devils. America is an Imperialist Oligarchy Disguised as "Democracy".

Once again, the equivalent of 5 nuclear bombs has fallen on Gaza. Why? Because beneath Gaza there are immense oil reserves, and the Americans hate everything related to Islam and Palestine. They believe they are Jesus on this planet. No other culture or religion is correct; only theirs is. And if you don’t conform, they exterminate you. Absolutely all the laws in the American Constitution were created 248 years ago and have mostly remained unchanged. This is because we still live under colonial imperialism in 2024.

Israel has a plan for "Greater Israel," which would encompass most of Egypt, all of Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and part of Turkey, surrounding Iran. They want to destroy the entire Middle East so that it no longer exists, leaving only Israel. This is because 60% of the world’s oil reserves are in the Middle East. America is too panicked that China’s economy will surpass theirs, so they want to control all the oil in the Middle East for themselves. That’s why the genocide in Gaza is happening — to keep the U.S. economy number one.

It’s exactly what they did in Iraq from 1990 to 1996, when they killed and starved to death 1.5 million civilians, 550,000 of whom were children, simply because Hussein invaded Kuwait, controlling 20% of the planet’s oil reserves. And after that, if he had invaded Saudi Arabia, he would have controlled 40% of the world’s oil. Iraq had an army of one million soldiers, while Saudi Arabia had 100,000 inexperienced troops. So they allowed the U.S. to come and exterminate Iraq. This is exactly why the genocide in Gaza is happening, along with the war against Lebanon, Syria, and Iran. They are afraid another Saddam Hussein might appear and ruin their oil schemes.

Nixon is the greatest criminal in history; he literally rewrote history. In 1971, he dismantled the gold standard and tied the dollar directly to oil. The gold standard kept the uncontrolled printing of money in check. As proof, in 1971, a house cost $25,000, and now it’s 20 times more expensive because of this. In 2020, there were 4.1 trillion dollars in the global economy, and by 2023, there were 20.7 trillion!!!

Eighty percent of all dollars ever printed were printed between 2020 and 2023. We haven’t yet seen hyperinflation because of our friends at the C1A and the institutions of power. The U.S. is just a shadow of what it was 100 years ago. China is currently more democratic than the U.S. in almost every respect.

I don’t support communism, it’s the sickest ideology and has killed over 150 million people in just over 100 years. So fuck you, Marx. But democracy isn’t the answer either. It’s impossible to have infinite growth on a finite planet. For the global economy not to implode, it needs to double approximately every 20 years, because we have 5% inflation per year. Five percent inflation per year means the economy needs to double every 20 years. This is impossible to sustain indefinitely, we’re going to suffocate, and the weather will become worse and worse in the coming decades or centuries.

The situation will only calm down when all the world’s governments reach the green stage, which might take hundreds of years, as most are still at the red, blue, and  orange levels.

Nonsense...Harris is a proponent of the greater good.  Netanyahu is a fascist jackass but the U.S. has traditional ties with the ostensible goal of managing world stability.  They serve the same goal as Nato in Europe.  Those ties cannot just be ignored when the right wants the destruction of the non-Jewish population of the Middle East.  It has to be 'handled' to achieve planetary level opposing perspectives.  No one representing the left is a proponent of genocide.  The right is, of course, salivating at the prospect.  They figure when the 'other's' are gone they can go to work on the Jews.

I'm calling bullshit on this map. If Trump wins, it's to be by a narrow EC margin. No chance in hell that he's going to sweep EVERY swing state.

It's worth keeping in mind that the polls are very skewed because of a deluge of highly partisan Republican polls over the last few weeks, with the aim of:

1) discouraging Democratic turnout

2) a pretense challenging the election results should Trump lose.

The right mind is capable of anything but I do agree with you.  2016 taught me a hard lesson, though, the right is insane and simply cannot see past black and white and white represents all and only what is good. Fact is most the right is comprised of a subspecies of human destined for extinction.  It is unfortunate for them, but what is best for humanity.

The people "subspecies" you talk about here?

@PurpleTree the right. Genetically, they have drifted from the prevailing Eurasian source DNA, but with the passage of time, the gene has spread globally.

So who exactly should go extinct are you saying? Explain it like i’m five.

@PurpleTree.  I explained it once before on a different thread.  The short version is the neurological wiring of the right is genetically not conducive to continued existence in a progressive cooperative society.  The inability to adapt to change always sounds the death knell. There is a lot more to it, but it takes an effort to research.  A good place to start is the Neolithic period and neurological science.

You make general claims about a subspecies that should go extinct which sound very racist. Then when i ask you to elaborate and be specific you just evade and dodge, isn’t that called cowardice?

No, it's called "don't have time to educate" regarding well-substantiated scientific realities. I don't mean to be harsh; I just have a lot to do. If you take objection to my posts then just examine your own motivations.  Once you have established that, you are free to ignore any thing that I think.

You have answered me four times already. You could have just written it out already. It’s probably only a few words yet "you have no time" more ducking and dodging and seemingly cowardice. Bye Zapatooo

As someone who's on the ground doing canvassing in the must win swing state of Michigan, I'd give Harris a %70-80 chance to win the state.

Hilary Clinton ran a dog-shit campaign in 2016 that completely took Michigan for-granted. Voters here remembered the NAFTA policy from the Clinton administration that made it much easier to send auto-industry jobs to developing countries, which devastated cities like Flint.

Harris and Walz on the other hand have been doing the exact opposite by making Michigan a focal point of their campaign, and going out of their way to court unions like the UAW.  Moreover, we currently have a popular democratic government (Gretchen Whitmer aka Big Gretch!), along with a democratic house and senate that's delivered for the people of Michigan.

Which is to say, the enthusiasm is definitely there for Harris in Michigan. Trump on the other hand has been seemingly going out of his way to alienate Michigan voters, by shitting on the city of Detroit in his campaign stops here, and saying that a 'child' could do the work of an auto worker. Between that and Roe, Michigan voters are going to be giving Trump a hearty 'FUCK YOU' at the ballot box.

The reason that this matters is that Michigan is a bell weather state for the rest of the country, and the so-called Blue Wall states (Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania) tend to vote together. If Harris win he Rust Belt states she wins the election.

@DocWatts Hey you did canvassing? So did I! But for the Democrats in 2022.

Sure did! I got my start in 2022 through Progressive Victory, which put me in touch with the Michigan Democratic Party. 2022 managed to flip the Michigan legislature and Michigan Supreme Court blue for the first time in decades.

In person canvassing can increase turnout by up to %7 - 10, which can be enough to tilt the outcome of an election. (For reference, a house race in my district was decided by only 1600 votes).

You all seem focused on polls, rather than actual votes that have been cast. About 15% of votes have already been cast. That's a significant %. The target early website has actual data of votes cast, various demographics and how 2024 compares to 2020 and 2022.

For swing states, my impression is that registered / modeled republicans and rural areas have increased their early vote relative to 2020 and 2022. Registered / modeled democrats and urban areas are about the same or slight decreases. This could be due to a stronger push by Rs to vote early. Overall in swing states, Dems have early voting leads, yet they aren't as much as in 2020 and 2022. My impression is that Harris has an early lead in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as a very slight lead in PA. It looks like Trump has an early lead in Arizona and North Carolina as well as a slight lead in Georgia. The early #s in Nevada are too small to make inferences.

This assumes the 2024 cross-over vote, independents and late-breakers will be similar to 2020. Harris has been making a big push for republican and independents. A Harris overperformance here would not be picked up in the early voting data. If she is overperforming with these groups, I think she has solid leads in MI, WI, somewhat solid in PA and a slight in GA.

It seems Harris is shifting more toward the Blue Wall. I'll be interesting to see if she starts to pull resources from AZ, NC, GA. And if she "goes all in" the Blue Wall.

To reach 270, Harris would need WI, MI, PA and NE2 to reach 270 (and NE2 is not a 'gimme'). This would put here at exactly 270, the minimum number to win. If she was at 270, I predict there will be a massive effort by Trump's campaign to turn one of those states. The good news for Dems is that all three of those states have a Dem governor and each Secretary of State has shown election integrity in the past and stated Biden won in 2020. On the other side, Mike Johnson in the House would cause problems as well as, potentially, the right-wing Supreme Court.

The early voting data is close imo. I think Harris' performance is stronger than Trump's right now and Harris supposedly has a stronger ground game - yet at this point the ground game is not stronger than 2020 or 2022.

These polls are getting so close it’s uncomfortable. I’m considering abandoning my arrogant third party stance, it’s getting too close.
