I went back to Leo's video on the 9 stages by Susan Cook-Greuter, but the link to the pdf didn't work. Does any one have that pdf available to share? I would like to reread it.

thank you!! Some how I found an updated version that is longer, there are some additional subsections, I'm not sure if anything was removed or if it's an improvement on the other:
