Are you able to study/work in such a situation. What do you do?

Edit : Cold is so frustrating. For one/two days, it makes our life hell.

You can, but you should rest instead.

The end of separation is the end of desire. It’s life, it’s death, it’s unity; it is the absolute. In this profound realization, we find perfection eternal, a state of everlasting harmony.

Never had much choice. Them deadlines not waiting for no one. Grab some tea, put on a hoodie or jacket and carry on if you have to.

@Pro24 I'm in this dilemma right now. I've fallen sick out of nowhere and have work to do but I'm not feeling like it.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty. We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Virtuous and Conscious. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life God is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, ... Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

@Pro24 I could push through it but is that the most self-loving step?

idk, depends on the perspective

Goggins is a bit over-compensating. IT'S not necessary. Actually the body needs rest to fight the infection. What's the use for pushing if you can't be fully immersed in your work?

We should rest. But if something is really important, there's no excuse. We can push our limits.

It depends on what you are studying.

If studying is one of your blisses, then its definitely possible.

I remember learning systems programming, and my shit gets bricked errytime I interface with the command line and work with C, no matter if I have a migraine or a cold.

I corporate now. No more jokes or I report, yes?

Cold is very annoying especially runny or stuffed nose for me. You can manage to do your work. Do some remedy like steam inhalation of green tea. I've a special remedy that works magic for me but I'm afraid it would not be possible in your country . It's a Greek herbal medicine.

@Pro24 Just try. It sure isn't unhealthy. Cold doesn't even give you fever. Fever can be a different matter, where physical activity especially can make it worse. But you can do everything with a cold. But all of this is useless advice, just try if you want an answer.

High fever is physically taxing but I actually love the cognitive benefits. The raised metabolism and body temperature that's fighting the infection enhances thinking, at least for me. I don't know about focusing on some external information, by for contemplation inside of my mind is great

Not when you have a runny nose and watery eyes. What's the point of doing something when you can't focus?

I would suggest things to get rid of a cold fast, but whenever I do, I get flack and get called a witch or that my suggestions doesn't pass the science test, or that the FDA will not recognize it as poisonous and recommend it to the public and slap a price tag on it. So I won't anymore. Let these other people who keep getting sick suggests something.
