This is the guy who has largely inspired me to fix my sleep score. From this I started looking at devices I can measure my sleep score.

I am up this morning analyzing my sleep. So much data here that I don’t fully understand. Very very very pleased so far with the ring and service.

@Davino I have been making some posts in my journal.  

It fits super comfortable. I measured my sleep last night and I am already thinking of ways how I can improve my sleep score. The ring takes about 2 weeks to get to know you. Very interesting.

What’s your opinion of it now after a week or two of use?
