That Bad Feeling You Get When You Do Not Get The Same Response As You Wanted!

I am little confused about it , why do i feel bad when i expect something to be happen but that does not? , does it mean i should not expect anything from anyone? ,i know the thing that our happiness comes in ourselves not from the outside but still we start to expect from others . How to balance between these two things " expect and not to expect" ?

Future doesn't exist in reality, hence why people are never happy NOW.

Don't expect anything from people, even from situations.
Doesn't mean you don't plan anything anymore, just that you don't know what's gonna happen.

So sorry you have to go through this crap.

I go through the same crap all the time.

I stopped using Facebook for this reason.

A bunch of people inconsiderate of my home life.
