If I am not the body why do I feel 'glued' to it?

Unless you have dissodelics on hand, then it's exponentially faster, but also challenging, and fun, if you can handle schizophrenia, it's the wacky path. Sadhguru also has courses of similar intensity but conscious, sober, and guided. Many paths lead to Rome, sometimes it's better to slow down and smell the roses on the way, other times you can grind way beyond your boundries, and yet other times you actually wanna take a few steps back.

I takes time for Awakenings to permeate every corner of your psyche, mind and body. You may set the best conditions for a plant to blossom but just as much as you can support and facilitate any organic happening. We are talking about full integration, it's a long journey no matter if you take a plane.

 whats weird though is you left off number 7. You have to recognize that you are the absolute taking the form of a body . You are god dreaming its a human . Then you have the answer to this thread . I tried to exit the body today, I focused deeply on a good energy place of a city and tried to merge myself with it and abandon the body, but not sure if this is really possible to do.

According to Mr SAdhguru you can exit the body while doing sadhana, but you have to know 'how to untie yourself' from the body, you need to know the 'mechanics' of how this complex knotting works. Not sure if this is Fantasy or it could be real 😵‍💫

You've done the IE program, follow the basics first, 1) Accept all that is as it Is, absolutely, You can't go half way on this...2) Live Now Totally and 3) Respond to Everything Equally, shorten big time Your List of likes/dislikes,, all of this will stop the STress Response, once that happens Your at Peace, that naturally leads You to Bliss as an Everyday things,,,All of this Clears up Your Karma, that is what is the Glue, so no more new karma being made and the old stuff no longer affects You (see #1 and #2), once that is done, Your Free and it comes naturally!!

I wondered if the dream changes every time you wake up. You go to sleep, and then you wake up tomorrow in a new body and a new life living as someone else. Just a thought since time is not real anyway. In the deep sleep state, there is no I am, no me. Almost like the infinite mind of God is taking a break or getting ready to enter a new dream.
