Chronic Stress

22 posts in this topic

I have removed myself from some situation after 2 years

Now I'm dealing with the result of it which is chronic stress

Are there any tips or supplements that can heal this chronic stress

Hello, there's not too much details (that perhaps you didn't want to get into) there about what could be causing the stress. You might not get very good answers as a result.

If it's sort of private, I would suggest finding someone you can trust to talk about it with.

@Growly L-Theanine and Ashwagandha could help

@Ulax I was using ashwaghanda for 30+ days while being in the situation that had the main stressor, I think it made my stress far worse

Depends on what resonates with you I guess, sometimes it's things like talk therapy.. just being heard and understood. You could also try calling distress line if it's really bothering you.

Revisit the main lifestyle factors: diet, exercise, sleep. What activities do you do throughout the day? Whatever contributes to stress, consider removing it for a while, such as drinking caffeine, being online, watching TV.

L-Theanine could work, too.

Okay, that is useful feedback. I'd keep responsibly experimenting with different supplements and see how they affect you. All the best with it.

@UnbornTao My chronic stress led to me sleeping for 3-5 hours, & now recently 2-3. I'll try out L-theanine

-Meditation

-Sport

-Sex (with an escort if ou can't otherwise ?)

-Don't go to Stockholm metro.

And above all accept being in "free wheels", you're trapped in loops of stress because you don't do things to changing you paradigm.

Idk if i'm clear.
