Devi means Space, that holds things in place, like particles, atoms and everything in existence.  Its describe as Feminine, Feminine is not Female, its not of the Body, its the Nature of Things, as compared to Masculine.. Once Survival/Masculine is taken care of, then Feminine aspects will arise more in a Society and On the Planet!
