I am one of those hyper-ambitious people and every time someone asks me why I work 11h, 7 days a week I ask them “ What else is there to fucking do?”. I’m already a millionaire, and there’s no stopping after I make a billion. I could a give a fuck about the cars and mansions.

Leo, you should really think about writing up your thoughts on rationality and post them on arxiv.

The reason for example Wolfram hasn’t made a dent is because he doesn’t publish so he is invisible in the eyes of academia. Don’t make his mistake.

My work is not formal enough to meet that academic paper calibre. I like to be more casual and loose. Writing papers requiring training in that style.

There's no way anyone is academia would ever accept me after the things I've said.

I will write a book at some point, which will feel more rigorous and formal. But my audience is you guys, not academics.
