@Leo Gura I have one question -- How to find peace amidst emotional suffering ?

Regarding this I have noticed that accepting it reduces the amount of suffering. Also when I took a perspective regarding the inevitable nature of suffering I noticed myself smiling once while suffering this morning.

And am unrelated question --According to you which spiral stage does Martin Seligman belongs ?

You can't control suffering directly.

The only solution besides living properly is to observe it mindfully and let go trying to stop it.

Drop the fantasy that you will become immune to feeling pain. Pain comes and you just feel it.

@Leo Gura But what about acceptance of suffering ? I noticed many times that when I accept it I begin to smile no matter how much I am in emotional pain. I used to have a fantasy that positive psychology will cure my pain but as soon as I discovered acceptance of suffering via Acceptance and commitment therapy-- I began to engage with pain 

How to overcome the challenge of people disrespecting you and being haunted by the past ?

Can I groc the love paradigm intellectually and theoretically without direct experience? Because I’m having a hard time understanding it

I'd say its practically impossible. Its really too radical to fit into the workings of a intellectual mind. But with direct experience it is mind blowing, and super easy to see. But yeah, super state depended.

1) Identifying with something totally removing division is the highest form of love.

But also once unified the division is also love so this is why God divides itself.

From the perspective of a divided person, unity is the highest from of love but from the perspective of unity, Division is love?

The only reason we would have division is because it is also love.

2) unless what is going on is that we are infinitely divided, and therefore infinitely unifying higher and higher and higher forever. This whole thing is us unifying ourselves infinitely.

division is permanent even death is not the solution, there is infinite levels of the division? And we are endlessly reuniting what are divided parts, which is infinite love?
