Bisexuality

I was going to write a thread on bisexuality, but I notice in myself resistance. I hope there is no bifobia in this sub. I read those Bisexual subreddits once, and they were all about sex. I'm not that interested in sex. Apparently bisexual men are just interested in guys for sex or are secretly gay. 

I've never watched gay porn as it doesn't interest me, but still I'd call myself bisexual. Maybe I'm more open to exploring the relationship part of it, without sex? Perhaps I just like the idea of exploring the dualities of male and female energies. 

Maybe I just want to make friends? But sometimes I think of a guy who I had a connection with for a long time, that's not friends is it? I feel more relatable and more familiarity with those guys than with girls. I've always thought of this as just me being sexist. 

I guess my question is: how come I am solely focused on women all summer and then all of a sudden something seems to shift? Is this normal? Is one more "real me" than the other? It doesn't feel like that.

It's pretty common, I think. There are a lot of men who strongly prefer being around men socially, and only accept and respect qualities associated with "masculinity". The opposite seems true too, that there are many women who only truly enjoy being around women, identify with "femininity", and are generally more interested in women's issues by default. I would not be surprised if this is, in fact, most people.

Maybe you're "biromantic", but not bisexual? Are you sexually interested in women?

They call the switch in your interest of the two sexes the bi-cycle, it's fairly normal. It's also one thing to figure out your identity from mental fantasies versus doing it in real life and seeing how you really like it.

I know what you think lol, but porn can't turn people gay or what else.

It just push you to the energetic exchanges that trigger you the most and how neurosis twist your libido and way to express love in general.

Are there differences between the way you consider/fantasizes homosexual relationships and heterosexual ones. In particular sexually.

I think you might be experiencing symptoms and have a hard case of "being a human".
Sometimes it even comes with individuality attached, which isn't 100% socially mainstream.

Let me put it this way: I would make out with a guy at an Adriana Grande concert, but I would go home alone and contemplate.

Maybe you want to have a good time with some that you can be authentic with.

Sometimes, me too, to be honest.

For example, I like having fun with anyone with the intention of socializing and feeling good, but more with girls as I can share my emotions more freely or have more emotional connection.
