Looking for party to become master artists

Hello!

I want to be a master artist (realistic looking drawing and digital art) and if that is your goal also let's team up?

I've been doing this thing like 9 years already and consider myself close to proficient.
My next goals are landing a job in the art field and honing my skills to proficiency in character art.

I'm looking for someone with
- good work ethic
- serious about mastering realistic looking visual arts
- being artist should be career-wise your top goal
- willing to give and receive honest feedback
- willing to commit to a minimum of monthly interaction
- roughly similar skill level to mine to maximize the value and pull we get from each other

Your ethnicity/age/gender is not important to me, but for disclosure I'm 29, male and live in Finland.

We could feedback each other, help stay accountable, give perspective, encouragement and camaraderie etc.
