Leo, How do you read to finish a book?

2 posts in this topic

  1.  It's been very hard recently to finish books written by Arostitle and many others because I get hung up on trying to recall what was said in the paragraph after I read it, and recall  it later on.
  2. What are some techniques, or frameworks do you use, or books(not on the booklist which I have) do you use which help you to finish a book from cover to cover?
  3. Why is it easier to listen to an audio book but harder to read, understand and recall an ebook/physical book?

Everyone else feel free to contribute and add certain things you do do help you complete books without feeling like you forgot what you've read.

Thank you. @Leo Gura

Read out loud. Reading in your mind too easy to keep going without paying attention to what the words are saying. If you read outloud you have 2 things going on at once so less adhd to deal with.

Listening to audio book you are doing 2 things listening and thinking you cant think and read at the same time you will forget what you just read. If you read out loud you can listen and think about what you are saying.
