How to deal with stage red thuggish violence and sexual harassment ?

5 posts in this topic

Hello, everyone.

I would appreciate your suggestions on how to handle toxic Stage Red behaviors, such as catcalling, sexual harassment, and violence among teens and young men. How can we approach this issue, especially since the Blue stage often normalizes such behaviors or lacks awareness of their dangers? I’m looking for ways to address this without directly confronting those exhibiting these behaviors.

Additionally, what strategies can we implement to foster a culture of respect and assertiveness among peers and others who may not be considered their peers ?

To change a single red or blue person is incredibly difficult. There are so many factors out of our control that their ego's are vulnerable to. The best answer I've come up with is something like: strategic politics > strategic education > consistent collective effort > results show up 20 years later.

Here's how to do it: Get rich. Create and spread high-conscious propaganda via influencer marketing and entertainment. Next, pull a Peter Thiel and find you a high-conscious JD Vance—get many of them into the political system and then have them overhaul the education system.

Dennis Prager has the right idea. He's already in 5-8 public school systems. His latest success was this week.

If truth is the guide, there's no need for ideology, right or left.

Maturity in discussion means the ability to separate ideas from identity so one can easily recognize new, irrefutable information as valid, and to fully integrate it into one’s perspective—even if it challenges deeply held beliefs. Both recognition and integration are crucial: the former acknowledges truth, while the latter ensures we are guided by it.

The way I see it is that the right refuses to invest in people that are in need.  Example given, elementary school children.  When their system begins to fail and after blaming the left for their failures, they concoct schemes to channel resources into their chosen ones.  That is why they are called 'Christians'.

I am not a crybaby!

You aren’t gonna change anyone who doesn’t want it. Part of being stage Turquoise is letting go of the desire to control or change others. That is a distraction.

“Our most valuable resource is not time, but rather it is consciousness itself. Consciousness is the basis for everything, and without it, there could be no time and no resource possible. It is only through consciousness and its cultivation that one’s passions, one’s focus, one’s curiosity, one’s time, and one’s capacity to love can be actualized and lived to the fullest.” - r0ckyreed

@Past-Philosopher-562 I think you have to confront stage red assertively and say that whatever they’re doing is unacceptable. Be mindful of sociopaths. If they exhibit sociopathic tendencies then a compassionate approach will not work so you need to be tough
