Why you were born in the precise place and family you were born?

Of course nobody can answer this...there is no explanation that can explain why you were born as a man/woman in x country and not other...etc.

The only explanation is that you were not born at all.

Meaning... the body you identify with is absolutely not you, not even 1%.

Is 0% you.

Your current perception means absolutely nothing...you are not there AT ALL.

 

If the perception your eyes right now are 'rendering' dissappears, you will lose NOTHING. Because all that you can perceive, think, feel...etc is all identification.

Because thats how identification works, that which is literally Nothing creates itself into existence by identifying with things/experience/reality/perception. 

 

So is very simple, you created it yourself into Existence by identifying mainly with the body, which the mind has a complete identification story about parents, family, the place you were born, to 'back it up'.

There are infinite possible explanations. I don't see any reason to come to your conclusion
