Is 100% authencity profitable?

Guys sometimes i lose with authencity. For example when friend or family member asks me to help him/her i am just saying:" i am lazy to do this." And they are upset and so many such situations.

Honestly my heart want to say 100% what i think but it seems inadequate sometimes. 

What do you think? Does authencity needs balance?

Yes, men want to conquer in order to ultimately obtain mirrors that push them towards a low-cortisol state, of inertia. It can be a big house, a big car, lots of food, partying or having a loving woman.

BUT MEN ARE NOT LOOKING FOR STRESS (CONQUEST), ON THE CONTRARY THEY ARE LOOKING FOR PASSIVITY (WHICH IS PERMITTED BY THE RESULTS OF THE CONQUEST PROCESS).

If you don't understand this you will have bad intimate relationships, have all sorts of strange kinks and probably even a sort of gender dysphoria.

Besides, young men are more sexually aggressive because they are too stressed at the base, and therefore seek orgasm more.
As they age, men take this anchored stoic attitude and actually have less libido because their system is already less stressed, so no need to seek orgasm, abundant food etc.

I don't know if I'm clear.

Yeah, exactly. Like, P. Diddy was just being authentic, living his best life.

Being authentic is not about indulging in laziness or excusing selfishness. When you refuse to help your friends because "you lazy" you are saying that you value being lazy more than your relationships. Don't be surprised if people get upset and feel betrayed.

And I doubt that you truly value being lazy anyway. And if you do, are you OK with the costs? Clearly not judging by what you wrote.
