Just an insight i had on shrooms: "When we do something that is hard it becomes more satisfying when you succeed then when it comes to you easy". Personally i feel more growth when i do something difficult and challenging in life.

Yes if something is hard to achieve then it's rewarding when you achieve it That's true but it doesn't mean you should go on seeking hard things to get more rewards

You can also go for easy things if it's available to you and you can get the same results from it why go for hard?
