It depends of the moment of your trip. For me to beginning the best is 5 meo DMT vaped, doing it a lot of times, hundred if you need, i dont think it have side effects . 5meo changes your energetic configuration, you can achieve a point were for you doing 5 meo is easy, without any fear . But before that, 5meo is very challenging, really scary and serious, you have to break a lot of barriers. 5meo DMT can totally change your psychological structure. I don't use anymore, but I use sometimes nn DMT, low doses of LSD  and THC. i think there are useful in another way, in the way to open yourself. DMT is strange because many times is totally empty, nothing interesting, no hallucinations, even vaping a lot, just a hole, but the side effects is what I look for, after you have an empty mind all day, like less density.

Lately I did get nothing doing it, just black hole, no real openenss, it's like I'm done with it, same is happening with nn DMT, maybe stopping the use for some months or a year it would be interesting again.

For how long did you use it in total? Did it help at all withe your baseline emotional/mental state, trauma work, or energetic blockages?

Yes helped me a lot, was a revolution. I used like 2 years, first big doses that were quite horrible, then lower doses very often, was like a process to open myself to than substance, little by little, until I could do very easily, and then become useless, at least for now. I think I did like 200 times but I'm not sure. I never felt side effects, I could vape 20 mg and 1 hour later do sport, meeting people, anything, without the slightest side effect. 

A very important point for me were energetic blockages, you could say that they are trauma of consecuence of the trauma. Another very important point was the total openess to the unlimited. At first it feels like death, nothingness, absolute void, and is extremely challenging, you have to get used to it to be able to open yourself to the unlimited without any substance, it's like ride in bike with small whells before to do without any help

You ain't gonna get all the delicious consciousness without profound inner purification and katharsis.

Such inner healing translates very well into everyday life. An example, I had lots of trauma stored in the hips and stomach. My situation has improved dramatically thanks uniquely to 5meo.

Sometimes you just gotta cry like a baby for minutes and minutes. 5meo can make that to happen. Crying feels so good honestly, even more from a high state of consciousness. Such a relief!
