You could simply regularly eat very calorific foods/recipes, it's very simple if you stop overthinking.

For example :

Breakfast -> 4 bananas and a 100/125g pack of salted cashew nuts

Meal -> A packet of spicy beef jerky as a starter, 100g of whole pasta (weighted raw), with 200g of chicken breast and some organic lettuce iceberg. Add like 30g of butter in pasta and a part to pan-fry the breast. In dessert a 33cl bottle of coca cola or fruit juice.

Snack -> A 140g Nestle sweetened condensed milk tube.

Diner -> A homemade salad with chicken, parmesan and stuff like that. If you are on a budget and limited time just throw in a can of beans and cook it with some animal fat and a few vegetables.

 

And there it is, made in some minutes in my imagination :P;)

Sugared up. This recommendation is the one that deserves a *sigh*.

I've just given an example of relatively balanced diet, cheap and easy to follow, to someone who suffer from a weak weight.

Incidentally, i've always eaten like that and i measure 1m82 for about 72kg, a bit "prettyboy" face like, very good dentition, thick hairs, always been "intellectually precocious", slightly hyperthyroid, 800 to 1000ng/dl of testosterone and very low CRP-reactive to each blood test, same blood test results even under my periods of extremely severe insomnia.

@RendHeaven and @Jason Actualization are going well too with their white rice and pomegranate juice, the common point is that they eat plenty of meat and animals fat too.

Jason is 1m76, 80kg, 1000ng/dl tesosterone. Diet is grass fed ground beef, whole milk, eggs, white rice, pomegranate juice, beef liver, atlantic salmon

Was your doctor any more specific about it? Deadlifting 30 kilograms is a joke whereas curling 30 kilogram would be relatively impressive. 

So you could do lots of isolation movement if it's about the total load on the body. Lateral raises, biceps curls, flys, reverse flys, triceps extensions, pullovers, leg extensions, leg curls, adductor machine, lunges, single leg calf raises. You basically only miss out on training your spinal erector.

4 bananas? Too much in one sitting. Iceberg lettuce has not much nutritional value and is mostly water. Sweetened condensed milk - might as well pop 20 tbls of white sugar in your mouth. Beef jerky? Cashew nuts are inflammatory. Coco Cola? Fruit Juice? - same thing if it's store bought except cola rots teeth. Pasta? What kind? Regular ole white flour pasta spikes blood sugar. There are different kinds. Parmesan? What kind. Some are filled with cellulose which is nothing but wood pulp.

I found out because I noticed inflammation after I ate them. So I did my research. This isn't my research, but just videos I just searched and what popped up.

I've never noticed anything.

Maybe it's somehow true but we have to put in perspective with what concretely kills peoples. Nobody "dies because of eating cashew", just writing that is a bit funny lol, i'm sure yourself doesn't trust that.

But, there is plenty of people who die because of cigarette, alcohols, drugs in general, sedentary lifestyle and deficiencies ; That's what i want to concentrate myself on, i don't want to worry because of eating cashew, because it certainly don't will have any significant, virtual consequences and in particular bad ones.
