Is this the most healthy-nutritious porridge ever?

  • Oats (obviously) -80gr with oat milk - 250ml
  • Tahini (sesame seeds butter) - 80gr
  • Peanut Butter - 40gr
  • Hemp protein powder - 18gr
  • Chia Seeds - 1 big spoon
  • Big pinch of salt 

 

I don´t feel the need of adding any sweeteners because oat milk and peanut butter adds enough sweetness for me.

This probably would be improved with some fruit I guess.

I mean, the whole thing probably has 1200+ calories unless that's what you're after 🙂

Some fruit would be nice

Sounds pretty healthy providing the type of oats used, and only using either tahini or peanut butter, not both; and natural sea salt.

Oats in general are great imo 👍🏻 I used to eat them with kefir , some water to dilute the acidic taste from the kefir, coffe mixed in, salt , banana, some honey for sweetness, cinnamon, yummy

Not even, I just know that this meal doesn't taste very good and will cause gas.
All this because if you put it on chronometer, there are supposedly some extra vitamins and minerals.

What do you think of my meal lol?

maybe it causes gas it was long time since I ate oatmeal so idk if it’s like that for everyone

In my case oats are ok, it's especially the peanut and sesame butter that would creates gas.

If you want to make oats easier to digest, try soaking them overnight or using fermented oats. This helps break down phytic acid, making it easier for your body to absorb nutrients and reduces bloating. Kefir can add probiotics, but the acidity isn't really the key here.

Kefir making oats more digestible because of acidity? That's a pretty wild claim. Oats don’t change like that just by adding something acidic. that's not how digestion works. It seems like you are offering lemon and vinegar as solutions without really knowing their effects on digestion.. If you really understood digestion, you woukd know it's more complicated than just adding acidic things. You're still overconfident without knowing the basic facts.

You're so busy obviously scanning the threads i post in because you feel belittled by me for some reasons that you don't want to bother doing some googling.

1) Fermentation OR direct addition of acid decreases the pH, allowing phytases to deactivate the phytic acid.

2) Yes, acidity helps predigest the grains, by breaking the glycosidic liaisons. Your stomach is charged with a mixture of a hydrochloric acid and enzymes.
