Meditations every day of the week. I'm not saying it's better, but I need the message to be clear and direct.

Taoism and wuwei are so amazing. Better than meditation

By the way it might be foolish to compare two philosophy as I myself don't know which book is better that is why I wrote in the post according to you.

Meditations seems to be more practical while the Tao more existential.

The weirdest damn thing, I have had the name Marcus Aurelius bouncing around in my brain for the last couple of months for no discernible reason, until now.

 

So, of course, I voted for him.  I'm not sure I would agree with Lao Tzu musings.

@Ramanujan I have read Meditations 2 times and it was great. Only I have not read Tao Te Ching fully.

@CARDOZZO better means written in a more practical manner according to individual people.

@Ramanujan but if you read the original works of Marcus Aurelius , Seneca etc. it provides great insights.
