If a tree falls in a forest and there's nobody there does it make a sound?

I don't have an answer but here's my 2 cents:

You could place a trail camera there to record the fall. No one would witness it but the camera would still show the tree falling. 

Wherever you go, that's what you'll see. If you go to the edge of the universe, there will be things there. Those things don't exist until you go there. 

Wherever you go, there will be some reality there.

What is under a rock? You have to go look to experience it. 

Whether you go to the forest to watch the tree fall or set up a camera to record it, it can only be witnessed if you go to the camera or to the forest.

You mentioned nothing about a recorder. Still, that's still an observer, regardless of time since time doesn't really exist; so it would be like it was being observed in the NOW moment. Doesn't prove a thing. Same as if you were there.

- Given that a flap of a butterly will effect the whole lore of the cosmos through domino effect the sound of a tree falling will also effect the rest of the world in the same way - and you can notice that, although you might not be conscious of the whole picture. 

- There is no tree falling without someone noticing. If you think of a tree falling without someone noticing you a thinking about a tree falling without someone noticing. So wait Yes! -  you can think about a tree falling without someone noticing even though you notice but self deception is absolute truth!
