Who has practiced surya kriya from sadhguru teachings? I recently started and I feel is quite a difficult process to master.

Overall i´m interested in the energetic aspect of it, and how the breaths relates to each part of the process. Seems this one will take quite a time to understand and feel comfortable doing it.
