robert epstein on jre theory on memory/dimensions/dmt/higher intelligence

can somebody explain his theory on dmt and how it gave us morals and such

basically what i heard was something along the lines of. We are connected to other dimensions, or beings or source via dmt. And we get information this way from outside ourselves (the universe, source, dimensions or whatever)

and he said he wants to prove it via neuroscience and it’s the missing link we’ve been searching between primates and us and so on like the monolith in 2001

and in his day job he’s fighting against the skynet (google)

what a stud

Relevant bit starts around 1:17:30 for anyone interested.

Jeez, parts of this are a really difficult listen. Rogan is too dense to take in certain concepts and Epstein is too stupid to properly express them.

Anyone who's spiritually inclined and has used DMT at a high level realizes there's something significant going on there. But I don't think these two will be the ones to crack the code lol.

yea rogan can’t accept the idea or concept that memory isn’t stored locally

still a good podcast though imo

I did DMT like 50 times and for me it's similar than 5meo DMT, no hallucinations, just in the beginning, but when it's a breakthrough nothing, just expansion and depth. Nothing about realms, entities, etc. I like specially DMT with LSD, I think it's the perfect combo

Yeah, not too bad, besides the uncomfortable friction between those two. It's cool to hear the ideas being discussed.

Oh wow, a revelation of the subtle realm is DMT's specialty. It's quite amazing, and very different from the nondual revelations of 5-MeO-DMT. I think it'd be worth trying again after you haven't used other psychedelics for a period of time, to make sure they're not coloring the experience.
