Benefits of Meditation

I have been doing meditation and concentration practice every day for about 8 months and I am curious to know if any sudden changes start to occur around the 1 or 2 year mark that was awesome?

Meditation is familiarizing oneself with the real

since one's whole life is a movie set for an in progress production

The benefits one attains in the movie are arbitrary and trivial by comparison

What you realize is, you didn't come for a movie

You came for the real
