confused about my situation

over the last 4 years, i've been dealing with health issues. and i went a year ago to a psychiatrist and he said i have ocd and bipolar and gave me aripiprazole, sertraline, and anafranil to take. been taking them for a while and saw improvement, but still not fully recovered. today my parents too me to a sheikh he said i have a qareen activated, and i need to follow his treatment that consists for the beginning of eating honey and washing myself with special water. 

should i follow his treatment? or should i continue with my psychiatrist? leo taught me that science isn't perfect and that there is truth in spiritual and religious traditions, so i'm open minded in this regard. is qareen real or is it just bs i don't know.

First master the basics, Learn How to Breath Correctly (this is huge, the way You breath can control the way You feel within Yourself), learn how to Sit correctly (and unlevel/bent spine can greatly effect the way You feel and respond in life), Learn how to Discern or Judge correctly, to much of either will make life miserable for You, learn how to Think correctly, if You over think, have too many thoughts a day then your a fragmented life, learn to focus on a few things or just one thing for a period of time, this will calm things down for You.. Learn how to BE first and foremost, establish Your BEING, that means Your Internal Experience is Your Responsibility, establish it, control it, BE it, then from that You go out and perform Action, work, relationships, vacation, shopping, creating, etc.,, from this You will Have things or manifest situations and accomplishments in Your life, don't do the opposite, don't DO then HAVE to BE, it causes great suffering living life this way..Nobody gets past the Doing and Having part!

@Majed  It would be better for you to follow through with your psychiatrist and combine it with self help material.
