Why is dosing with malt so difficult

I have a friend who vapes malt with same technique always and with 6 seconds he had a heavy trip Kundalini got activated. Now he takes three time more and effects are "just " seeing light with no major insights. He constantly raises s bit but the trip stays the same.

Is there anything to expect in raising the dose? Does malt change to something deeper at a certain higher dose level?

That's weird, maybe something to do with the vape idk. Never experienced something like that.

Malt is consistent for me in terms of dose. There is always a range and difference in trips but they all fall into a common ground regarding dose.

in this range what are your experiences? And if you break out the range, is it really stronger/deeper?

He also has common ground. Always seeing the light. But he expected if he doubles the dose that malt becomes stronger. But no...he sees always the light and some pleasant energys and that's it

Not necessarily, more is not better always, I am a believer that with all substances there are a sweet spots.

For example, my highest Malt dose (more than 30mg) wasn't quite a deep trip, it was just uncomfortably energetic and karmic cleansing. Whereas in 20mg trips, I've had Awakenings so deep I cannot communicate.

As you work with Malt it's true that some changes may happen in response to it. It's also clear that as a rule of thumb the higher the dose the deeper the trip.

That's curious. It could be the case for him.

I just can tell him to change ROA, to see if the chemical hits him different.

Otherwise tell him to combine it with other substances as it can sometimes unlock dimensions in the experience that will later stick when taken alone.

@Davino could it be that there are multiple sweet spots. For example for someone 15 mg is a sweet spot then on higher ranges 20-30 mg  it becomes too much energetic but on 35 mg there is a new sweet spot reached where it becomes deep and pleasant again in a total different way.

Fuck around and find out, we're all so different individuals that there is no one fits all solution for all of this.
When I was first snorting malt it was giving me a long lasting and loving experience then I made a vape pen with it and it all got shorter and a bit different, I stoped bothering with how much am I taking and just vape it with thrust that I'm going to get the perfect dose for me, and guess what? It does! I always get what I need. You can add into the equation that I start to know the vape pen so it's even better.

If your friend only get the same experience every time there might be a reason for that, maybe he needs to integrate this experience first before getting something more from the medicine but in the end he is the only one to know it.
If I were in this situation I would pause with Malt, take some time to integrate then try other medicine and when I feel the time has come again I would give it another shot with Malt

Oh yes, most surely a similar phenomenon happens for each individual.

For example, low doses of 5meo can be more uncomfortable as ego hasn't fully gone, whereas 5mg more would have solved the issue. I consider this theory of sweet spots to be quite accurate. Another example, low doses of LSD are more conducive for spiritual work than higher ones, in my experience, as loopy thoughts and overstimulation impair the quality of your spiritual work.

So this is something that each psychonaut has to discover for itself. This framework becomes of even greater importance when combinatng substances.
