I had nightmares again and I'm very frustrated with the content of my nightmares.

I woke up and I didn't get any nightmares. So that's great.

I really don't appreciate when people talk about BPD when they don't know what BPD really is.

5 ways to deal with a BPD person

  • Argue with them
  • Give them lot of space when they are venting or escaping
  • Comfort them when they are not resistant
  • Communicate with them as much as possible
  • Leave them alone when they don't want to talk

Things to not do with a  BPD person

  • Do not violate their boundaries
  • Do not escalate their frustration
  • Do not escalate the situation
  • Do not panic
  • Do not fight when they are venting
  • Do not invade if they want to be alone
  • Do not comfort them if they don't want it in the moment.
  • Do not ignore them if they are directly communicating

I've struggled with nightmares before . Just few advices to get rid of em :

1-focus on positive things throughout the day .what you think about during waking hours and how you spend your time affects what kind of dreams you have .

2-wake up early in the morning (9 AM max) and go to bed early (9 PM max ). Or just  Wake up and go to bed at the same time everyday.

3-this is crucial..do not sleep more than 6 hours  .because dreams occur (mostly) during REM phase which happens usually at the end of your sleeping .if you manage to sleep less hours this will increase the deep sleep phase and reduce the odds of having nightmare ..or any dreams of Any kind .

4-listen to something soothing and relaxing before bed .

Good luck 🤞

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

These days a lot of time I see my ex in my nightmares. It's so weird.
