Look most likely you can't summon a spirit .. cause for you it's all ego (you gonna summon your ego).

But once you understand yourself ..yes you could see other creatures.. but I don't think you could do it anyway.. maybe you are a cultist

@Sugarcoat its a common thing to see during sleep paralysis so it could be an entity. You know how to see entities you just have to enduce sleep paralysis by going to sleep and still being concious.

It is said that yogi will fall asleep with their eyes fully open staring ahead. They know how to log out of their body while retaining awareness of their body.

This is where they see an communicate with entities.

Well, damn. I was most interested in that. I feel your pain. This WYSIWYG editor sucks. I got in the habit of periodically ctrl + a (select all) > ctrl + c. Everything I copy goes to Ditto, a clipboard manager. Works with images too. Just use a hotkey to to make it pop up and you can bring anything back for pasting.

How about we actually awaken and enhance our inner blissfulness? That's where the well being and the interesting part of spirituality is. Not in this energies circus of spirits. 

The most fucked up people are the ones doing this kind of gimmicks of spirits and playing this energies. Worst type of karma you can pick up. But you do you....

I’m not bored per say. But I do admit I wasn’t super serious about it. I’m not afraid of paranormal stuff that I can say too. No you’re not a dick you have a point

@Sugarcoat Do it sitting up turn light off have some light coming from the door from another room. Stare at the light coming in and unfocus your eyes and then start narrating to yourself what you are seeing you will see a dog a person or something and when you consciously tell yourself you are seeing that you will start to go to sleep while having eyes open and you can see reality start to go. It just feels really weird because it will feel like your eyes are closing while they are still open and you will feel like your brain is going to short out.

It wont work unless you start narrating that you are seeing something thats not there. So when you look in the light and it starts to morph consciously tell yourself what you your brain is making up thats there and you will start to change reality. You can start to induce psychedelic trip in 5 minutes.
