How to summon spirits etc

104 posts in this topic

I’m doing nothing now and got the idea what if I could summon some spirit or ghost, paranormal stuff or something just to add some spice to life. Anyone got any experience of this ? lol

Takes lots of concentration, focus, desire, faith, and openness.
Took me lots and lots of psychedelics to tune between realities.
It also depends on what exactly you are trying to summon.

But if you have an affinity and are naturally attuned and open, you sure can.
You just have to enter a meditative, receptive state and watch your surroundings.
Pay attention to synchronicities, air movements, influx of weird unusual ideas.

It might take some practise, but mostly it's receptiveness and desire.

Psychedelics are not an option for me now. But thanks for the info. I was being a little silly with my post but serious at the same time, I’m just curious if I could summon anything at all, regardless of what, ofc nothing evil that wouldn’t be nice

The only times I 'experience' spirits are during sleep paralysis—actual fucking demons that feel 100% real— I can hear and feel them grabbing me, my eyes are always closed so I never see anything. If I don’t snap out of it within seconds, I become absolutely convinced that I’m about to die in the next 10 seconds.

Here's a part of a book you might find interesting (Middle of Page 178 to 181)

Aren’t they just hallucinations though? I have had sleep paralysis around I’d say  50 times in my life and I’m very calm when I have it so I don’t experience anything scary. One time though when I was young I was scared and saw a lady sitting on my bed ready to punch me

Everything you trust becomes true so you can shift to this egregor.

But if it’s just to « put spice in your life » you risk to just do not trusting it enough.

So it won't go there, and you'll even manifest pretentious atheists to debunk all that lol

So in English. I don’t have enough trust in it happening for it to happen?

Idk, it depends if you’re system ; Only you can know if you really want to that.

Wait, that's interesting.

Every time I experience sleep paralysis, I’m gripped by a primal fear of death—there’s no rationalizing it. If I don’t snap out quickly, I hear entities rushing toward me, grabbing me.

Once, I heard my grandmother cooking bread in the room next to mine—the sounds were hyper realistic.

She’d been dead for years.

Madness scares the living shit out of me.

I’ve had pleasant and interesting experiences in sleep paralysis. For example astral projection. This is maybe a bit tmi but I have also managed a few times to give myself hands free orgasms by utilizing the sense of vibrations in my body I get during sleep paralysis. That’s just to show you that sleep paralysis could potentially be a positive and interesting experience if you manage to calm yourself down. I belive if you’re scared you’ll experience and see scary things, so the hallucinations (if they are that) will reflect your internal state

@Sugarcoat it seems you already summoned one then the old hag.

The night hag or old hag is the name given to a supernatural creature, commonly associated with the phenomenon of sleep paralysis. It is a phenomenon in which the sleeper feels the presence of a supernatural, malevolent being which immobilizes the person as if sitting on their chest or the foot of their bed.

I'll try next time. Man that would be so great to make them pleasant experiences:D
