When you see those people in the movies who are crazy as fuck in the psyche wards, they exist in real life and they often aren't born that way. They work their way there, little by little.

At first, it's just a toe dip. Before you know it, you're skinny dippin' out of boredom. 2-3 years later, you're banging your head against a padded wall trying to convince the guards you have control over them while they give you another dose of haldol.

You could do it if felt compelled but it doesn't sound like you do, so you should give it a hard pass IMO.

Lol. There is a difference between switching to a new egregor that is a little more wacky than the current one, and becoming completely psychotic.

I'm not sure what egregor is but I know a human who, little by little, dabbled in this idea of her having magical powers and that she and others could possess people. Life has been very unpleasant for her and it's sad to see. I know how she got there and I just explained it, so.

"worst" cannot be handled by 99.99999999% of people, which is why the risk is too high. Keryo might be able to handle it, but I don't think I could, and I've seen some shit! I'm willing to go places most others aren't and to stare the devil in the face but when you do that, you risk going mad. It's not something to do on a whim or for fun. 

What we're talking about here is potentially more extreme than psychedelics. 

Experiencing a psychedelic experience and coming back to reality is one thing. It's a whole nother thing to construct a reality like this. You could wind up in a bad trip you can't turn off.

Insanity walks the fine line between Self-Delusion and Actualized Instantaneous Retrocausal Metamorphosis.

The negative aspects mostly materialize out of faulty fear-based beliefs, and denial of one's nature though.

I've got much experience in this, I miss those states, but I was not ready & got lost in stupidly annoying loops.

Explore and integrate it at your own pace, limiting accelerants and it'll be the best thing that ever happened to you.

Oh, that's absolutely true, it can be a self-driven infinitely cascading spiral feeding on the mix of will to live & panic.

Most people are too "normal" and "socialized"/"conditioned", living highly structured lives, worrying about the trivial.
They'd get scared by a ghost, and use the deepest ego defense mechanisms for relationships, completely unaware.
They rationalize anything unusual away as a "hallucination" or "dream", it's funny what "most" people are actually like.

As Leo said, it takes radical openmindedness. But when you explore without substances, you do it on your own terms.
So unless you're drawn into a rabbit hole of a god-complex that turns you insane, the other realities themselves do not.

I've been wanting to ask you about this. Why do it? What do you get that you don't already get? Infinite beauty.. I've seen in. It doesn't seem to matter. Once the magic trick has been seen, it loses appeal. It seems to be driven by a need for novelty and exploration. As advanced as you are, you're still seeking more. I was like that. 

You know the crazy thing about this whole fucking thread is, earlier today I was wondering if you, Keryo, was living rent free in my fractal heart and were possessing me, and I thought back to that lady I once knew who went batshit with those sorts of thoughts, then I felt the fear of going mad and it's been with me all day.

I'm sorry if that is the case. Sometimes I wonder if I have a superiority complex but I tell myself that I just want what's best for everyone and when I ask myself is that really true, the answer is absolutely yes. So I'm not sure. I should check my tone though. I probably do have pent up hostility that leaks out and I just don't check it. Thanks for checking me.

That said, just because you can handle the worst, most people I know couldn't, so I would not want them to go down such a path.
